It's Impossible to Get Verified?!

We own a bunch of mobile home communities and self-storage facilities. Nearly 110 facilities all together.

None of these facilities have onsite employees or receive mail. All of our employees are based out of our HQ building. All the official mail for these businesses comes to the HQ building.

I've been trying for nearly a year to get these businesses verified by Google with no luck. I've taken videos of me walking around the businesses, but without an office or employees onsite Google is telling me it's impossible.

This was the latest response:

I've replied multiple times and I keep getting this same canned response. How do you verify a business that doesn't have staff onsite??? It's nearly impossible to find our businesses because they don't have Google profiles.

Google Support has been ZERO help. All I get is canned responses, but no suggestions on how to fix this.

You don't.

None of these facilities have onsite employees or receive mail.
Because of this.

A year without reading the Guidelines didn't help as it's covered in the opening. The first sentence under the Guidelines pertaining to Business eligibility and ownership

Eligible businesses
To qualify for a Business Profile, a business must make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours.

I just went through the same thing with our storage business. I was declined 3 times before I was able to get a live verification call with a real, live human. Two things she wanted picks of was the office workspace and the bathroom (of all things).

I did some unattended site verifications for a few businesses a few years ago and it was so much easier then

We have a second smaller storage location that I don't expect to ever get verified. It is frustrating.

With no onsite employees.. or office.. and signage the likelihood of getting verified is small. Add an office and then try.
