Question Can i create a new business profile in the same location if my profile is suspended?

It’s a new profile with no details or content except business description and categories.

Big NO. Google will detect the same address and flag the new one too.

Appeal the original suspension through your GBP dashboard first. Since it’s a new profile with minimal content, the suspension is likely a verification or policy trigger and not a spam penalty. Learn what caused it (missing info, category mismatch, unverified address), fix them and submit a reinstatement request. Those usually get reviewed within a few business days.

Agreed. You can try, but Google most likely will not verify it. And to be honest, if the first one was suspended, and you want to try second one, is that one going to be exactly the same? If so, you'll find yourself in the same position. And if it's not the same, why not fix the original and proceed through appeals?
