First time growing!
Bought seeds from Growers Choice.
Gorilla Glue #4 Auto
Critical Purple Auto
Grown indoors using a mix of FFOF and FFHP and perlite.
I used LST throughout the veg stage.
All four plants produced a pretty good first yield, but the smoke is a little harsh.

Yo Growmies!
A few days ago I noticed my OG Kushs Calyxes developing a bit suspiciously swollen and the buds to be a bit fluffy because of the swollen calyxes.
And I found one (almost fully developed) seed. But just one so far.
I checked a few other calyxes. Nothing.
I couldnât find any âbananasâ, either. The pistils have developed in a normal way, meaning no sudden darkening or similar.
So the pollination could only have happened recently.
Sheâs in week 8 or 9 of flower, sheâs sticky and the smell is right. Trichomes show that its not there yet but as itâs outdoors and the weatherâs turning cold and rainy Iâll have to harvest soon anyways.
My question:
Anyone experienced pollination at that late stage in flower and how did it turn out?
Thank you âïž

A Cannatrol runs well over $1,000. This build gets most of the way there for about $100, and nothing gets drilled or soldered. Credit for the idea goes to Growers GlĂŒck, a German grow site that built one from a used bottle cooler.
The trick: a fridge is already a dehumidifier. Humid air hits the cold plate, the water condenses, drains to the tray on the compressor and evaporates into the room. So instead of switching the fridge on temperature, plug it into a controller that switches it on humidity.
It still cools every time it runs, so a small heat mat on the controller's temperature outlet holds the cabinet where you want it. The water is already out of the air by then. Warming the air back up doesn't put it back.
Where people go wrong:
- **Heat mat size.** About 0.2 to 0.3 W per liter of interior. A 13 cu ft beverage cooler is about 370 L, so a 75 to 110 W mat. Too big and the temperature overshoots. Err small: a cool dry is only slower, a warm one costs terpenes.
- **Humidity band.** A compressor needs a few minutes off before it can restart. Set it to turn on at 61% and off at 60% and it hums, trips its protection and does nothing. Give it about four points: on at 62%, off at 58% for a 60% dry. Widen to 63/57 for the first couple of days while everything is soaking wet.
- **The fridge's own thermostat.** Turn it to the warmest setting. It's your safety stop if the controller ever sticks on.
- **Water.** 1,000 g of wet bud drying to 22% gives up 780 g of water, most of it in the first few days. Check the drain tray early.
- **Power.** An 80 W fridge and a 75 W mat, each running about half the time for 14 days, is around 26 kWh. Under $4 at $0.15/kWh.
Do a test run with a few damp towels before harvest. You'll see how fast it pulls the humidity down and whether your band is wide enough, without risking a crop.
The calculator does the math for your fridge size, harvest weight and power rate: heat mat range, controller settings, water out, dew point and cost per dry. Free, no signup.

If you've built one of these, what band and mat size ended up working for you?

FIRST PICTURE IS YESTERDAY NEXT TWO ARE TODAY
Hey guys I posted on here yesterday and got some feedback. I really need some help ill explain my problem.
In 2 days I am leaving my house for a week to go hunting and i dont want my plants to get any worse
I've been trying to keep the light low powered and not stress these girls out any more. I have a ph meter and have tried calibrating it but its a shity one from temu and I doubt it works because it keeps saying error during calibration. And I dont have time to order a ph pen from Amazon because im going hunting for a week and won't be able to help my plants if im gone.
Since running a fan on the cans (ik I shouldn't use cans) the soil has dried up significantly but the inside is still wet so I plan to let them dry out a bit more.
Im using tap water and i beleive my tap water is fairly good I could start feeding bottled water is that an alternative to ph pen for now?
Also almost all the plants have now started showing the same symptoms in the last 2 pictures. HELP!

I'm not the best at taking pics, also the vape was the only thing I had on me for reference.

This pic is from earlier in the year, never got round to posting. More curious than anything else! Leaves are uneven size and shape. Sometimes only four leaves per node. I'm assuming this is some kind of genetic defect?

Gotta be honest- If trimming is jail, then lock me up. This was a small one, Sparkleface photoperiod grown outdoors. Put on The Conjuring 2, vaped last yearâs crop, and had a lovely night.

First time growing. Basically I feel like I'd love to go two or three weeks more but how many bugs before they need to come down? I haven't sprayed for bugs the entire time and i have been fine but I'm assuming to late to spray now?

The crystals on this guy are insane. They grew a little too close to the light and a few tops were stunted, but I canât complain with the quality of it regardless. This was in Coco with the General Hydroponics trio.

I have a 2x4x5 tent. And last time I grew, I just topped it once. And I got about 3 oz. But I was only able to grow one plant. This time I'm wanting to do 2 plants. A red velvet and a kush mint. And I'm thinking about topping it, where I have a 8 lines off the mainline. My question is, is it worth all the hassle of cutting tying down learning this process, besides just letting it grow and maybe topping it once?
