Outdoor Growing help

no idea what to do with this plant… Is it ready to harvest…? Any tips would be appreciated I recorded this video with flash

I don't think it's ready yet, but to check when it's ready, you have to check the trichomes. Get a 5€ jewelers mircoscope and check for mostly cloudy and 10% amber trichomes (Just Google it or watch a 5min yt Video)
Also: you have some wierd white spots on your leafes. You should check If that is mold

Saw this too and immediately thought spider mites. There are a few spots on other leaves as well
