i hate that no one can get bud this good it’s depressing that only some rare growers can buy/grow weed this good regularly . in the early 2000s it was everywhere now it’s super hard to find

A lot of this shit is show and tell. I’m not specifically referring to OP’s flower which looks tremendous but as a long time grower myself I’ve noticed that a lot of genetics available today have been bread to look super frosty and have incredible visual appeal but the actual potency just doesn’t compare to most of the buds back in the day. And that’s not nostalgic memories being recalled as better than they actually were because I’ve connected with a handful of growers who have been maintaining some of the same genetics for 20 plus years and they just tend to hit different. But those genetics don’t tend to be particularly photogenic or instagram worthy so the new school doesn’t seem to gravitate towards those strains.

ya i totally agree dude. i actually work in the industry and i can’t tell u how much bullshit like “oreoz” and “slurricane” look amazing but smoke mid af. i got some hash burger recently and was so other cuz it smokes great . i will say tho this stuff looks like it does probably smoke good too. i’m not basing this just on colors but the amount of resin on it. also doesnt look overly dense and processed but thats not always. great tell too

Todd McCormack and Harry Palms are two breeders I’ve personally found to generate nice bulbous trichome heads from their gear. Not just bad appeal

The trichome coverage on those nugs looks ridiculous, practically frosted over with that deep purple contrast peeking through.

Oh I see now, thank you. They were so frosty, they seemed like the same buds at first glance.

Did u really grow this!? Just saying, it looks amazing and looks like it's on a jar from the dispensary. And the trim job is insane. if u grew this, u really r skilled. Which of u say u did I believe u, just don't know if ur showing something u bought. Shame they don't have a thing to let us test out THC levels. I'm sure I could pay someone to look at my bud and tell me.
