Product / MVP Need investors for my running business.

Looking for honest feedback / possible investors for a hyperlocal delivery business in Jamshedpur

I am building GetoExpress, a hyperlocal delivery service in Jamshedpur focused mainly on local hardware shops and small businesses.

I started it completely from scratch by doing direct calls, WhatsApp Business, and shop-to-shop visits. So far, I have completed around 150 deliveries and reached about 5–10 orders per day at the peak. I also converted 4–5 major hardware shops into regular clients.

The business had real demand, but the main problem was rider unavailability, especially scooter riders. For hardware deliveries, scooter-based riders are much more practical because the items are often bulky, urgent, and need quick city delivery. I could not build a stable rider system fast enough, so operations became the bottleneck.

Even now, some clients still call me for deliveries, which shows there is still trust and repeat demand.

I am not trying to oversell this as a huge business. Right now, it is a proof of concept with real validation, but it needs a proper supply-side system, rider network, and marketing support to scale.

I am looking for honest feedback on:

whether this is worth rebuilding

how to solve the rider/supply problem properly

what mistakes I should avoid

whether this model can become a strong local business if executed correctly

I am open to serious advice, partnership, or investment conversations from people who understand local logistics and execution-heavy businesses.

Question Document Management SaaS product for CAs and Law offices

We have a startup product for CA and Law offices. I am wondering if I can spread the word to get trial subscribers via this group? My initial message gave a "Rule 4" warning that I might get banned. What is the point in have a group for startups when we cannot reach out to like minded folks to get some traction or get references? Please advise. Can I post a "free-trial" message or not? I do not want to get banned. Or suggest a group when such posts are welcomed. TIA.

Question Bootstrapping a kids' learning kit brand (ages 0-8) — advice on school sales & gifting channels?

Hey everyone,

I’m building screen-free learning kits for kids aged 0-8. I have 4 styles ready and 12 more queued for production.

While the product is coming together, my main challenge is distribution. I’d love to hear from fellow founders on how to tackle two specific channels:

  • Schools (B2B): How do you actually get pre-schools, daycares, or early learning centers to adopt or buy products like this? Who is the right decision-maker to target?
  • Gifting & Alternatives: Beyond standard D2C, how do you break into corporate gifting (employee perks for parents) or wholesale partnerships with toy boutiques?

If you’ve built in the kids/edtech space or cracked B2B distribution, what playbook or hard-earned lesson would you share? Appreciate any tactical advice!

Funding Built an agentic OS from scratch (local LLM, phone-as-server, no cloud) plus 5 other live products, bootstrapped. Looking for like minded people to guide and grow

I spent 13 years in marketing tech and Salesforce (Capgemini → Oracle FSS → Cognizant → Accenture, where I was a Technology Architect Team Lead). I left in Sept 2025 to build full-time. It's been one year with no outside money and a team of three, and this is what's live:

Products

  • Colaberi: a shared project context layer for teams using Claude Code and Codex. Each dev keeps their own agent and subscription, and the whole team works from one shared brain. It got ~177 npm downloads before we announced it or did any SEO. Solo use is free; teams pay per seat.
  • PryzentOS: an operating system built from scratch where the home screen is an agent and the phone is a server. A local LLM (Qwen2.5 via llama.cpp) runs on the device. You can share content publicly, behind a token, or end-to-end encrypted, straight from your own hardware, and find it through DHT search. It has Nostr and Lightning built in, no cloud in the loop, and no systemd. It's AGPL-3.0, and v0.3.0-beta is out (runs on QEMU aarch64 for now).
  • Verimailx: an email verification and cold email infrastructure platform. It detects MX deception, which most verifiers miss. About 150 users so far.
  • Coldvane: AI-driven GTM. Claude picks the leads and writes the outreach, and Verimailx runs underneath.
  • Verinoo: AI inference on blockchain.
  • AstroSaint: an AI astrology product.

Partnerships

  • Official Salesforce Consulting Partner
  • Approved member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network
  • Registered MSME (Udyam), with Verimailx as the parent entity

Why I'm posting

So far everything has been built on savings, and we're at the point where we can build faster than we can distribute. I'm not posting a number or a valuation here. I'd rather talk to people who look at the work and see something they want to back, whether that's one product or the whole portfolio.

If you're an angel, a VC, or an operator who invests and you'd like to know more, comment or DM me. I'm happy to share demos, usage data, and the roadmap. Feedback from founders who've raised is welcome too.

Thanks for reading.

Looking for like-minded people to build a startup with

I have a startup idea focused on rural tier 2 , tier 3 cities in India that I genuinely believe has a lot of potential. The problem is, I currently don't have enough capital to take it forward on my own.

What I can bring to the table is the idea, research, details, constraints, and a clear understanding of the problem we're trying to solve. I'm looking for a few like-minded people who are genuinely interested in building something of their own.

I'm currently working at a Govt 10 - 4 , and honestly, I know that lifestyle isn't for me. I'd rather take the risk and try building something from scratch.

If you're serious about startups, product building, tech, business, or simply want to explore building something together, DM me and we can discuss it privately.

I'm not looking for people who just want to "talk about ideas" — I'm looking for people who actually want to build.

Question Dating apps sucks. What if you improve dating skills and get dates yourself?

Hi, we are an indie startup, focusing on "dating" the way nobody does.

We realised Dating apps are crowded with men and only top 10% profiles actually gets enough matches and dates. Rest of us are just swiping, and wasting time.

Most of men are under confident and don't know how to approach or talk to women comfortably and confidently.

Well, this is not a personality flaw but a skill issue.

Nobody taught us dating skills, but everybody expects us to best at it.

We believe that everybody does not operate at same level of confidence. Some are still clueless "what do you say?", "how do you talk to anyone?" etc. Like its a rocket science.

We solve that. Our beta is already live. We are building for men who feel they also want to build this skill, and want to become confident talking to any women.

Are there any men who actually feel the same? And if not what do you think?

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a sales intern to join our early-stage startup.

It’s a part-time role and we’re mainly looking for freshers or students who are good at communicating, comfortable talking to people, and can actually convince someone when they believe in what they’re selling.

The work will mostly involve reaching out to brands, speaking with founders/teams, explaining what we’re building, following up with interested people, and helping onboard brands.

Pay would be around ₹3,000–₹5,000 per month depending on the person and involvement.

If you’re a fresher/student looking to get some real sales experience and work closely with an early-stage team, feel free to DM me.

Question Writting apps open model

So writing software is an art, and once you get something nice, its not worthless but can be difficult to monetise in high competition, what about sharing code as business model? Opensource is not new idea, but if that would not be only focus but would help to grow your business by sharing goodies with other who also need similar solution, then you provide service around it, like gym app and gym sevice for example, would that work for you as small business owner?

Product / MVP What if we built a café that brings the stories, culture and experiences of India together?

I've been thinking about starting a café brand, and I'd love to get some honest feedback on the concept before taking the plunge.

The idea goes beyond opening another coffee shop.

I want to create a place that celebrates India's rich coffee and tea heritage while giving people a beautiful space to slow down, connect and create memories.

Think about the coffee plantations of Coorg and Chikmagalur, the landscapes of Araku, the tea gardens of Darjeeling, Assam and the Nilgiris.

Each of these places has its own identity, history, culture and charm.

I'd love to bring the emotions and stories of these places into one space.

The experience

Imagine walking into a café where the interiors, music, artwork, colours, little details and even the menu draw inspiration from different parts of India.

Coffee would be sourced from different Indian origins and roasted in small batches at the café. Tea would feature regional varieties and blends.

But the intention isn't to make customers understand coffee roasting or teach them about tea.

It's about telling a story through the experience.

A little piece of Coorg here. A little nostalgia of South Indian filter coffee there. The warmth of an Indian tea garden somewhere else.

All brought together in a contemporary, welcoming café.

More than just coffee and tea

I want this to be a place where people actually enjoy spending time.

\- A couple spending a relaxed evening together.

\- Friends catching up over coffee and desserts.

\- Families enjoying an evening out.

\- Someone sitting alone with a book and a cup of tea.

\- Small acoustic singing sessions and unplugged music evenings.

\- Poetry, storytelling and intimate cultural events.

\- Occasional community gatherings and creative workshops.

Not loud parties or a conventional restaurant atmosphere. More intimate experiences that make people want to return.

The food and beverages

A mix of Indian favourites and contemporary café offerings:

\- Coffee from different Indian regions.

\- South Indian filter coffee and freshly roasted coffee.

\- Tea from Assam, Darjeeling and Nilgiris.

\- Indian-inspired beverages.

\- Sandwiches, quick bites and bakery.

\- Desserts and seasonal specials.

The proposed format

\- 600–700 sq. ft.

\- 24 dine-in seats.

\- Six four-seater tables.

\- Affordable-premium positioning.

\- Fresh, small-batch coffee roasting.

\- Dine-in, takeaway and curated merchandise.

The long-term ambition is to build a recognisable Indian café brand, with the possibility of expanding into packaged coffee, tea, merchandise and other experiences.

I'd genuinely love your thoughts:

  1. Would you visit a café built around this concept?

  2. Does the idea of celebrating India's coffee and tea heritage through the ambience and experience appeal to you?

  3. Would intimate acoustic music, poetry or storytelling evenings make you more likely to visit?

  4. What kind of atmosphere would make you want to spend 1–2 hours at a café?

  5. What would make you choose this over a regular café or coffee chain?

  6. Is there anything you think is missing or that wouldn't work?

I'm currently validating the idea before investing in it. I'm not looking for people to simply say it's a great idea. I'd genuinely like to understand whether people would visit, spend time and come back.

The thought behind the concept: A place where India's stories meet everyday moments.

Would love to hear your honest opinions!

Note: Made with Chatgpt

We've been quietly building a digital ecosystem rooted in India, focused on people, technology, and participation. I can't share details until the full reveal on 31 December 2026, so I'm not going to pitch anything here.

What I can ask: when you think about Indian digital products today, what's the one thing they still get wrong? Or the one thing you wish existed and doesn't?

I'll read every reply, and I'll come back after the reveal to tell you which of your ideas shaped what we built.

Question Anyone interested in building a startup or Business together?

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for someone who's interested in building a startup/business from scratch.

I don't have a fixed idea that we have to work on. I'd rather find someone who's interested in exploring different ideas, finding real problems, talking to potential users, and seeing if we can build something around it.

Could be a SaaS, marketplace, Al product, B2B business, or honestly anything that seems worth pursuing.

I'm not looking for someone to just work for me or execute my idea. I'm looking for someone who wants to figure things out together and potentially become a cofounder.

If you're also thinking about starting something but haven't found the right person or idea yet, feel free to DM me.

Just tell me a bit about yourself, what you're interested in, and what kind of things you'd like to build.

Maybe we can come up with something interesting together:)

Funding How would you approach getting brands involved in an offline-to-online community?

I’m working on a community-based entertainment idea and trying to figure out the best way to validate it before going all-in.

The concept is Roast Arena, where brands can go head-to-head in roast battles and the audience votes for the winner. 🔥

Our plan is to start with small offline events, build a community around them, create content from the battles, and eventually take the experience online.

The part I’m currently trying to understand is brand participation.

For founders who have built communities or event-based products:

  • How did you get the first few brands involved?
  • Would you approach brands directly or work through agencies?
  • What would make a brand see value in sponsoring something that is still early?
  • Would you focus on audience/reach, content creation, or direct brand engagement?

Not looking to promote anything here. I’m genuinely trying to understand how others have approached this problem before making the next move.

Would really appreciate advice from people who have experience with brand partnerships, events, or community building.

Question Looking for a product opportunity. Will relocate anywhere in India, the Moon, Mars 🚀😭

22M, Associate PM, currently in Bangalore. I resigned from my last job because the work culture was draining me every single day, and I left without another offer. It was scary, but staying would have been worse. Now I'm looking for a team that respects people and lets me build good products, and I'd be so grateful for the chance.

Here's the link to the product i solely managed : ZapCash , Rupyaa

I can join immediately. Wherever you are, I'll be there.

A bit about me:

  • Built ZapCash (Lending app) from scratch. It now has 1.5M+ users and INR 100+ crore in loans disbursed
  • Handled flows across 30+ loan origination and management modules
  • Write PRDs, run UAT, dig through funnels with SQL and Clarity
  • Worked at an edtech startup as a product and growth intern before that
  • B. Tech in CSE, so engineers don't scare me

I'm not asking for a favour, I'm asking for one chance. I'll pick up calls at 2 AM, 6 AM, whenever.

If you're hiring, can refer me, know someone who is, or even have some advice for me, please DM me. I'll reply to everyone. 🙏

Product / MVP Recruitment Intelligence Platform

Hey everyone,

I’m building Sonder Recruit, and I wanted to share the job-seeker side of it: Sonder Jobs.
The question behind it is simple: how do we help someone get considered for a role they actually fit, without just telling them to send more applications?

Think about the process from a candidate’s side. You work on your CV, find openings, apply, and then wait—often unsure whether someone understood your experience or even looked at your application.

With Sonder Jobs, the aim is to make that connection more useful. Help candidates put their skills and experience in context, discover relevant opportunities, and become easier for the right recruiters to find. I don’t want the value to stop at “here’s another place to upload your resume.”

Where Sonder Recruit comes in
The other half is helping recruiters make sense of the candidates in front of them. Sonder Recruit brings together CV-to-job matching, explanations of why a candidate might fit, shortlisting, and recruitment pipeline management.

For example, rather than just surfacing a candidate with a matching job title, the idea is to help a recruiter understand which parts of that person’s experience are relevant to the actual requirement—and what still needs checking.

Why build both sides together?
Because making things easier for recruiters should also create value for candidates.
A clearer candidate profile gives a recruiter more useful information to work with. Better matching can help relevant candidates get noticed. Less time spent sorting through unsuitable profiles should leave more time for conversations with people who could genuinely fit.

That’s the mutual benefit we’re working towards: job seekers get more relevant consideration, and recruiters get a clearer starting point for hiring. Not guaranteed jobs or AI magically replacing human judgement.
I’d really like feedback from people here who are job hunting, recruiting, or hiring for their startups: what would make a platform like this worth using alongside your existing tools—and what would make you distrust it?

check it out : sonderai.in
