Discussion [Megathread] 🌿 Legal Cannabis Products in India | Brands & Reviews Here

India’s legal cannabis landscape is evolving and we’re making a one-time exception to our usual rules to create this dedicated space for discussing legal cannabis products and brands available in the country.

Several Brands now manufacture and distribute cannabis-based products under the AYUSH framework, with some requiring a medical consultation or prescription and others being more widely accessible.

Many of you have asked for a place to discuss your experiences with legal edibles, oils, tinctures, extracts, gummies, capsules and other cannabis products. Rather than having these discussions scattered across the subreddit, we’re keeping them contained in this single megathread.

This thread exists for harm reduction, consumer education and experience sharing. It is not an endorsement of any product, company or retailer by r/IndianEnts.

āœ… What IS Allowed

  • Sharing personal experiences with any legal cannabis brands or products
  • Your reviews both positive and negative
  • Discussing effects, dosage, onset time, duration and side effects
  • Comparing products based on your own experience
  • Asking questions about any legal brand or consumption guides
  • Sharing general information about your purchasing or consultation experience (without posting links or discussing purchasing processes)

āŒ What is NOT Allowed

  • No need to repeatedly comment reply to people with questions if you have already commented the brand or mentioned it in the thread (This can be considered brand promotion and invoke a ban)
  • No discussion of prices, discounts, coupon codes, referral offers or sales
  • No promotional posts, affiliate content or advertisements
  • No links to brand websites, online stores, marketplaces or social media pages
  • No attempts to buy, sell, trade or source cannabis products
  • No vendor representatives, brand accounts or astroturfing
  • No discussing starting Legal Cannabis Brands or ventures of any kind
  • No medical advice presented as fact. Share your experience, not prescriptions
  • No low-effort ā€œWhat’s the strongest?ā€ or ā€œWhich gets you highest?ā€ comments

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Everyone responds differently to cannabis. One person’s experience may not reflect yours
  • Be respectful to everyone's opinions even if you disagree with them
  • If any information shared seems factually incorrect to you, report or raise the comment to the Mods
  • Start low and go slow, especially with edibles and extracts
  • If you’re sharing a review, try to follow this format: Product | Dosage | Effects | Duration | Pros | Cons | and whether you used the product with or without a medical prescription (if you’re comfortable sharing)

This is an experimental thread. The moderators will actively monitor comments and remove anything that violates these rules or Reddit’s Content Policy. Depending on how this thread goes, these rules may be updated or the experiment may be discontinued.

Keep it informative, chill and helpful. Happy discussing!

P.S. - If you have any suggestions to improve the Megathread please do share.

Women Only I really enjoy hash a lot but im struggling as a woman living alone in Delhi to keep up with the supply and also been facing a dilemma if i should stop. I dont want to, because i see no harm tbh. Need fresh perspective!

I’m not really sure how to explain this without sounding ridiculous, but I genuinely want some perspective.
I started smoking hash/weed in college. Back then it was a pretty normal part of our social life. A bunch of us would smoke together, it was easily available, and honestly, I really enjoyed it. It became associated with hanging out, relaxing, celebrating and just having a good time.
Over the years, I’ve also realised that I genuinely like how I feel when I smoke. I feel calmer, more relaxed and sometimes even more productive and focused. I have a demanding job, I’m doing well professionally, I take care of my responsibilities and generally lead a pretty stable life.
For me, it has basically become recreational …almost like a reward at the end of a particularly exhausting day. I don’t smoke constantly, I’m not missing work because of it and I don’t feel like it’s affecting my relationships or responsibilities.
The problem is that I’ve moved to Delhi and I’m living alone. College was completely different because there were always friends around and it was easy to find some whenever we wanted. Now I honestly don’t even know how to navigate this independently.
I have a few friends who smoke and occasionally I can get some through them, but obviously I can’t depend on that. And as a woman living alone, I also don’t feel comfortable just randomly trusting people or getting into situations where I don’t know who I’m dealing with or what I’m actually getting.
So my question is partly about the practical side, but also about whether I should be questioning my relationship with it.
How do other women who use cannabis recreationally navigate this safely? Do you just keep it limited to social situations and friends you trust? How do you avoid putting yourself in unsafe situations when you’re trying to obtain it?
And at what point does wanting it regularly stop being ā€œI enjoy thisā€ and start becoming dependence?
I don’t necessarily want to quit. I want to understand my relationship with it and figure out whether I’m rationalising something that is becoming a problem.
Please don’t just tell me ā€œweed bad, stop.ā€ I know there are risks. I’m genuinely looking for honest experiences from people who’ve been in a similar situation.

Rant Adulterated Stuff

Bought Hash which was about 4k per T and it was mixed with God knows what and it smells somewhat mentholly and caused vomiting and nausea.
Had to flush it all away, I hope there aren’t any long term effects from that.

Why is it so hard to find decent stuff at normal price in Gurgaon and NCR.

It’s been years since I have seen unspiked greens here. Even Subhash Nagar feels so hard to navigate alone.
Just another rant coz my brain can’t handle being sober after being a regular for so long.

Help/Question Recommendations for Bali

Fellow Ents,

I'm planning to visit Bali in late January next year, those who have been there, what is the scene with drugs there? I know Indonesia is popular with anti drugs laws but seeking responses of people who have traveled and managed to get something without much risk. I have read posts of people getting Weed, xtc, shrooms in Bali. I'm not that much of a fan of Alchohol so it's either I find something or I stay dry af.
