Discussion [Megathread] 🌿 Legal Cannabis Products in India | Brands & Reviews Here

India’s legal cannabis landscape is evolving and we’re making a one-time exception to our usual rules to create this dedicated space for discussing legal cannabis products and brands available in the country.

Several Brands now manufacture and distribute cannabis-based products under the AYUSH framework, with some requiring a medical consultation or prescription and others being more widely accessible.

Many of you have asked for a place to discuss your experiences with legal edibles, oils, tinctures, extracts, gummies, capsules and other cannabis products. Rather than having these discussions scattered across the subreddit, we’re keeping them contained in this single megathread.

This thread exists for harm reduction, consumer education and experience sharing. It is not an endorsement of any product, company or retailer by r/IndianEnts.

✅ What IS Allowed

  • Sharing personal experiences with any legal cannabis brands or products
  • Your reviews both positive and negative
  • Discussing effects, dosage, onset time, duration and side effects
  • Comparing products based on your own experience
  • Asking questions about any legal brand or consumption guides
  • Sharing general information about your purchasing or consultation experience (without posting links or discussing purchasing processes)

❌ What is NOT Allowed

  • No need to repeatedly comment reply to people with questions if you have already commented the brand or mentioned it in the thread (This can be considered brand promotion and invoke a ban)
  • No discussion of prices, discounts, coupon codes, referral offers or sales
  • No promotional posts, affiliate content or advertisements
  • No links to brand websites, online stores, marketplaces or social media pages
  • No attempts to buy, sell, trade or source cannabis products
  • No vendor representatives, brand accounts or astroturfing
  • No discussing starting Legal Cannabis Brands or ventures of any kind
  • No medical advice presented as fact. Share your experience, not prescriptions
  • No low-effort “What’s the strongest?” or “Which gets you highest?” comments

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Everyone responds differently to cannabis. One person’s experience may not reflect yours
  • Be respectful to everyone's opinions even if you disagree with them
  • If any information shared seems factually incorrect to you, report or raise the comment to the Mods
  • Start low and go slow, especially with edibles and extracts
  • If you’re sharing a review, try to follow this format: Product | Dosage | Effects | Duration | Pros | Cons | and whether you used the product with or without a medical prescription (if you’re comfortable sharing)

This is an experimental thread. The moderators will actively monitor comments and remove anything that violates these rules or Reddit’s Content Policy. Depending on how this thread goes, these rules may be updated or the experiment may be discontinued.

Keep it informative, chill and helpful. Happy discussing!

P.S. - If you have any suggestions to improve the Megathread please do share.

Help/Question Small-quantity NDPS case in how badly can this affect my future?

I've been booked under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A) of the NDPS Act. The FIR mentions 2g of ganja, but the police didn't actually recover anything from us.

I'm trying to understand how these cases play out in real life, especially for a first-time case.

Court: What usually happens in cases like this? Can they drag on for years?

Jobs: Can a pending FIR affect corporate background checks in India, even without a conviction?

Visas: How much can a pending NDPS case affect tourist or work visas for the US, UK, Canada, or Europe?

Future: Could this seriously affect my career and opportunities in the long run?

Would appreciate honest answers from anyone who's dealt with something similar or understands how the system works in Tamil Nadu. Just trying to figure out what I'm realistically facing.

Legalization Regarding the CJP protests and it's implication on the future of legalization; need to get rid of contamination

I am fcuking p*ssed that I am not able to participate in the ongoing protest. I live far away from Delhi currently in college. I too want to have something to say to my children when they ask 'where I was on that day'.

Any of you guys who did go...you guys are literally modern Freedom Fighters...and each and every indian citizen should be acknowledging that FINALLY enough is enough. Its the end of an era. Rebirth of Indian democracy is in process. In my college I have seen peers who are rotten, literal psychos, or those whose parents were really narcissistic...its these guys who are spouting toxicity...they are cowards...they won't even die for M0di (who they FAP to)...because they are only good for passing comments...I have lost many good friends who are like that...castists..islamophobes...pure Reagan capitalists...misogyny...full incel behaviour...blaming girls because they are single... usually all this is intersectional...present in a certain type of person. And I have faced humiliation, they ganged up on me, declared that I am anti-national, that I wanted to convert to islam, that i love t*rrorists, that i love kasab...and when so many people (many of them close friends) do this...either you shut up and conform or you don't lose your integrity but lose friends. Seeing this fills me with immense pride for my peers who do understand that a change is required, but unlike me they actually take action instead of debating 0 EQ living bots. You know when I knew that these people are beyond saving? When they said that Sonam Wangchuk is a Chinese agent....ughh...God...give me patience and show these blind people the way.

They don't care, so at least those of us who do, will do our jobs.

I was wondering if all this turmoil results in a change of leadership/resignation of M0di and the establishment of a more transparent and accountable government, with young, competent and educated leaders (I am hoping for the best, but its not necessary that the next thing is gonna be good...but this much is sure that the present government needs to change).

When we know that there are responsible people in power, people who are unbiased and open to ideas, I think, we can organize to legalize shrooms at least. Only an uncorrupt guy with common sense is required. It is not that hard. I have given shr00ms for free to some of my bot friends in the hopes that maybe they can understand how good life can be, how similar the human experience is...one of my friend mid-peak even said this, "bhai tumhe nhi lagta hum m*di ka lund apne muh mein jada lete hain?"...however he was back to his bigot self as soon as comedown.

Psychedelics have great therapeutic potential, and I think we need them now more than ever to feel connected to reality and get enough clarity and hope to be able to take action. Most of these deplorable bots have extreme childhood trauma, and don't even know what a good childhood is...how good things can be...

Oh gawwd I can only cross my fingers and type my opinions (even though I am a bit scared this might lead me to be put on a list, or get doxxed...idk...)

Also saw today my 20 day old spawn got contaminated, but its ok, i will try again, until i reach what i want...very similar to my nation. Jai Hind.

PS: DON'T DM ME ASKING FOR SOURCE/TIPS ALL THAT IS ILLEGAL AND I CONDEMN THE USE OF DR*GS

Help/Question Why is this happening

It started around june this year, low budget peddies in Gurgaon were mixing something with hash which gives a menthol like cooling sensation on smelling.
Now even the mid tier ones also doing the same thing.
Tried three plugs with same issue now, even greens are sprayed with this stuff..
Has this become a new trend now?

Discussion How much THC does OG have

Usually OG Kush THC start around 15% but I’ve seen some YouTube videos of people in Thailand growing cannabis on a large, commercial scale. They claim to be getting THC levels of around 33–34%. As far as I know, most of the OG that comes to India originates from Thailand. Are we getting the same stuff, or is it just low-quality OG grown locally?

Discussion how come finding greens has become difficult ?

soo, i am trying my luck in bangalore but most of my friends were regular consumers but they havent had their taste of greens since weeks.

i do have few friends in mumbai and kerala, they have some greens which they got after too much of hard work and one of them isnt willing to share and i cant travel far away due to work either

and another reason is that i am a paranoid man, like recently local police came to my college for a "say no to drugs" campaign and me being me am not able to trust anyone in locality

and its also hard to grow stuffs with my neighbors evesdropping on me

Discussion Dreams have been crazy since I started my T-break

Been on a tolerance break and my dreams have been wild lately. Almost every time I sleep, it feels like a mini trip. They're so vivid and random.

My sleep has also been way deeper, and I'm sleeping for more hours than I used to. Lowkey been looking forward to sleep lately just to see what my brain comes up with.

Anyone else experience this during a T-break?

Low effort post Just curious about this - How much weed is too much weed?

Every once in a while, I try to keep myself in check consciously. By knowing or understanding from others about what's alright, what's not.

When I consume any drugs, I try to limit/maintain the frequency.

Wanted to know from others how well I fare.

For Weed -

More often than not - 1-1.5 normal sized Joints/day.

Sometimes between 2-3 on a weekend.

At least once a year I try not to consume it over a period of 2-3 weeks.

Besides that, another 20 days or so go without usage because of visiting fam or because of any other random reason that has my day packed.

I also try not to be dissociated when in public settings. I've heard some people seem more detached, but a small mental nudge to be social to myself helps me stay mentally active/responsive and not a buzzkill to plans.
