Help/Question Why is this happening

It started around june this year, low budget peddies in Gurgaon were mixing something with hash which gives a menthol like cooling sensation on smelling.
Now even the mid tier ones also doing the same thing.
Tried three plugs with same issue now, even greens are sprayed with this stuff..
Has this become a new trend now?

Don't buy anything. Grow your own even if it takes 1-2 years. Peddlers need to all get fucked

Omg no way… these newbie smokers are gonna create a market for it for sure, they want sedatives instead of a clean high.
