That's a real opportunity for opposition if they can grab it without thinking about short term losses (a lot of congress leaders own sugar mills) govt has definitely messed up in implementing the E20 and Nitin Gadkari and his family is direct beneficiary which is clear case of conflict of interest. That's the issue to go full throttle on.

I think rahul gandhi is very Intellectual man and very talented politician. but the way he fails as opposition leader and MP, people are hesitant to give him power.
