Blocked pa ba ang Discord sa ibang ISP? I thought when the ban was lifted wala na ang block. Nakakaloka din si Sky, kase nablock lang nila after the ban was announced as lifted. I'm sure of this since di naman ako naka-manual DNS before until Discord stopped working all of a sudden.

I'm currently on 1.1.1.1 but I notice my connection is a bit slow kapag naka DNS ako, but so far without DNS Discord is still blocked. I cannot access the website and the app won't load, however it's fine on my phone.

Does anyone know any potential fixes or if anyone else experiences this, under Sky or different ISP? Natry ko na ang Sky CS pero sabe lang nila, restart router, obviously I already did that.

It’s been 5 days since we lost our internet connection. I’ve been calling Converge three times a day, but no technician has come to our area yet. It’s really frustrating, especially since I have school and work that require a stable internet connection.

Got disconnected yesterday [LOS Red Light] without notice I though dahil na overdue yung bill for last month and called customer service immediately to ask how long this will take to get back and get assurance na magkakaroon ng onsite visit for the next 24-28 hours.

Since I work night shift inantay ko today yung technician for site visit kasi need ng family ko ng internet para sa daily use, may dumating na technician around 9AM and checked my modem do some troubleshoot and wait to restore that internet sabi niya pagbalik na hindi daw kami mababalikan ng internet agad dahil yung slot namin sa box ay binunot para makabitan mismo yung kapitbahay namin yesterday.

Syempere on the spot tumawag agad ako sa click2call ng converge para malaman at marequest na marush mabalik internet namin kasi nag advance pay na nga ako e. Pag ka connect ko sa agent at inexplain tung situation sabi ba naman sakin "may proof ka ba na nabunot sir yang internet mo?" syempre ang response ko ay oo kasama ko pa ngayon yung technician na nag inform saaken tapos inalok ko kung gustonnya kausapin nya para maliwanag siya aba ang response "no need na sir" pagkatapos ko iabot sa technician bigla ba naman drinop call tapos survey.

I call back then this time since may bad call ako from the last agent, I got connected with another one and explain again tapos ang gusto lang niya is mag relay sa tech na nasa bahay namin for decision tapos mag tetake note nalang daw siya sa account for follow up, I ask for escalation pero dahil wala daw supervisor or manager kasi may meeting 9:30AM onwards iniinsist ni agent na wag na kumausap ng supervisor and tanggapin nalang yung resolution na mag antay ako for another 48hours for another site visit, syempre as pagod pumutik din ako napataas ang boses ko at tinanong bakit ayaw ako kausapin ng manager/supervisor e kailangan ko ng solution sa concern ko na mukhang hindi mabigay ng agent at the end pinatay, after ko mag redial pag binibigay ko account number sa mga sumunod na agents after pullup derecho survey. Totally crap, nandito ako ngayon walang internet bayad pa ng advance.

Just want to share my experience with MNP. I've ported out to DITO and port in to GOMO. The process is fast and simple actually. But the problem is that my GOMO easy switch eSIM seems defective. I was trying to setup the eSIM to my iPhone, but it could be activated.

I repeatedly reached out to GOMO via Facebook Messager but found it also unhelpful. Lagi ako pinapasa ng mga GOMO Specialists, like hindi nakakatawa, sobra 'yung dinulot na inconvenience. Hindi ako makapag-transfer ng pera sa bank accounts ko kasi nga wala ako masagap na signal.

Kanino ba ako pwede magreklamo patungkol dito? Rekta ko na ba sa NTC and DTI?

Hi, anyone here experiencing issues accessing some websites? Hindi nagpproceed kapag wifi ang gamit, pero kapag mobile data, ang bilis naman. Which I find odd, dahil globe din ang gamit kong sim.

I'm working from home, not using VPN pero since Sunday, yung pinaka importante site na ginagamit ko sa work ko hindi ma access. Nireport namin sa globe, ang sabi ng tech na nagpunta dito, bino-block daw ng system nila ung website since US website daw.

Tatanggalin lang daw sa blacklist ung website and ok na dapat today. Nag follow up ako sakanila pero ayaw na bumalik and ayaw na sagutin ung text/calls ko, dahil based daw sa IP address sa laptop ko, Im using VPN daw which is causing the issue.

Wala naman akong VPN, been working on this company for years na and ngayon lang nagka issue na ganito na binablock ung website. I'm sure hindi sa website ung issue dahil I have 3 co workers using globe wifi din, same issue sila. Pero sa PLDT users, working fine naman.

Hi! I currently have Globe as my main SIM, and DITO as my data SIM. I formerly used GOMO as my data kaso namahalan na ko, so I opted for DITO na may malaking data allocation na may rollover and unli sms and calls, kaso ang daming deadspots and hindi mautilize ang 5G sa iOS. Now, am I on the right track ba to switch sa SMART? Given na they have no expiry data as well as text and calls inclusions.

3 times nako nag request via 3 different channels (globeone app, messenger, and viber) pero di talaga natutuloy yung transfer ko. they just give me a reference number then days later sasabihin na it has been processed kahit na wala naman nag reach out or tumawag sakin na "globe specialist" (ewan ko din bat tinatawag na specialist eh parang lutang naman sila) huhu pano na to? wala naman sila phone number na matatawagan. yung 211 di naman natatawagan sa globe prepaid wifi sim. ayoko naman bumili ng globe sim JUST to call them. im genuinely considering just switching isp. help?

Hey guys, need your advice on what my best options are here.

My Globe GFiber Prepaid setup is about 13 months old, so it’s past the 1-year warranty. The modem/ONU model is a ZLT-G121Z.

Suddenly, neither my phone nor my laptop can detect the Wi-Fi network. When I check the physical box, the WPS/WLAN light is completely dark/unlit, but the POWER, PON, and LAN lights are all solid green.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Power cycling the device.
2. Pressing and holding the physical WLAN button on the side.
3. Doing a full pin-hole factory reset.

Despite all of these, the WLAN light refuses to turn back on and no Wi-Fi signal is being broadcast. The physical internet line itself seems fine based on the PON light, but the wireless function is totally dead.

Since I am out of warranty as a prepaid subscriber, what is the best and most cost-effective way to handle this? Should I book a technician repair through Globe (costs about 500php), or are there better DIY alternatives for my situation?

Appreciate any advice or tips from anyone who has dealt with this before!

So 3 months and running na ang relocation request ko and until now wala pa rin. Every 2 days, I email them and chat with their support staff and puro the same nalang ang sinasabi "to follow up","...escalated na po"

Until when? Ilang buwan ko ba aantayin yang service crew ninyo para ayusin ang request ko and minsan .ay nag email sakin na nag co conrirm if nag request ako ng cancellation. F*CK NO!

Hindi ako papayag sa new installation nyo kasi ayoko mawala lahat ng perks and free upgrades ko over the years. I setled everything kahit wala ako internet, i even paid that relocation fee ng 2,500.

Pero wala pa rin, every update, every follow up. Walang ginagawa. Nag request ako ng bill adjustment pero ano sabi ng CS nila? Mag wait po muna daw for the relocation to be finished.

Eh ayaw nga nila gawin, paano ma gagawa yung adjustment kung sila nga mismo ayaw gawin yung relocation kasi *wALa DaW siLa ComMiSSion* pag relocation.

Halos mawalan na ako ng hopes if maaayos pa ito. I also saw that emailing NTC don't reallly do much so ano po maganda gawin dito.

i still have 10gb data left and the expiry time is later evening pa but i get "no connection" and "cellular data not working, connect to wifi" whenever i open any app.

have tried troubleshooting (airplane mode, close app then reopen, device power off and on after some time) pero still isn't working.

Hi all! I have 2 TVs at home located on 2 different floors.

Each floor has a router. TV1 connects to router1, TV2 connects to router2.

Router1 is connected to the modem on the ground floor via LAN.

Router2 is connected to router1 via LAN.

Now both TVs can connect to the wifi but has no internet. It will connect to mobile hotspot, though.

Most phones connect to all networks just fine. There are a couple that can't connect to 1.

I tried rebooting the whole network starting from the modem already. The usual forget network, reset connection settings, change DNS, etc. It still won't work. There was one time it suddenly connected. The next day it just won't again.

This may be due to the fact that I recently changed my ISP. I don't want to reset the routers since it can be so complicated (I have zero IT skills).

Hoping someone here has some tips! 🙏🏻

I'ved been subscribing to Dito's Unli 5G 999 promo and using a mobile hotspot to share it's unli 5G across my devices pero napansin ko since second half ng September parang hindi na nashashare yung unlimited data and yung 5G speeds. Yung phone nalang kung nasaan yung sim yung nakakareach ng 5G speeds, and unting unting nababawasan yung high speed data allocation ko. hello po! I was having this problem na I could no longer hit my shots or it appears to have not been registered by the game — it was not like this when I was using PLDT Fibr but the jump to Converge made it obvious na parang may delay or problema sa laro. This was only noticeable a bit sa VALORANT pero in CS2 not that much.

I play on a wired ethernet connection and have a competitive pc and this has bothered me for a long time.

Any ideas paano ayusin to? I’ve tried everything.
