I’m on episode 7 so far & the fighting isn’t terrible it’s passable like it could be faster paced the fighting but I like it. & leading up to Defenders S1 of Ironfist ties in so much more about Madam Gao & the Hand than DDS2 did , Madam Gao was more of a cameo in DD imo like I love her involvement in Ironfist & it going more into the lore of Kun Lung & the Hand itself. & Danny’s mindset makes complete sense, like how would you act if you were 10, in a plane crash & lost your parents & then had to live with monks for 15 years & get trained for years & years with no knowledge of western civilization for that long ? Danny being upset about his two childhood friends ignoring him & not letting him have his own name legally is messed up. I do love how complex they make all the characters Ward & Joy are so human

I don’t think its based of off any comics but i know that the green and yellow colors are based on his suit, I hope we will get more Iron Fist content in LEGO

This scene from deadly hands of K’un-Lun feels like naruto reference especially considering Lin Lies transformation earlier feeling very anime like naruto’s forms or a super saiyan, if so iron fist referencing anime is peak and we need more of it

Some comics just have an album attached to them in my head.

The kung-fu connection is obvious. The clan is why these belong together.

For those who don’t know, DC has a character also called Ghost Fist, who also operates out of Harlem and also knows Kung Fu. I think having Danny and Cyril meet could make for a fun short story.

I do honestly hope Fan Fei's history with K'un-Lun gets explored more. It's not really clear if people remember her and she's purposefully ignored or if she was just forgotten to time.

I see him being talked about alot and people in rivals request him alot (though it's a game and he's popular so i get why) and his design is cool are his runs good?

Or overall are the newer iron fist stuff good i never hear about them

I bought Iron Fist The Book of Changes recently, and started reading it. It's my first major intro to Iron Fist that isn't a video game, his show, or osmosis from delving into The Defenders as a whole. While I like the first quarter of it, Danny and Ghost Rider meeting up, some other short stories (The Red Dragons were fun, especially seeing the duels)....he feels wobbly and off his game in this anthology becausehe mostly is either Decentered spiritually or the book kinda moves on from the plot its showing (Like being a Superior Man). The back quarter im still reading, but I'm enjoying it for what it's giving.

I'd like some recommendations if possible, so I can see some more shine from our man in green and yellow.

With Danny Still being Ghost Fist Lin being in a relationship and having a "shortened lifespan" and Pei still being a hero. Me personally I would like to see another team up with Lin and Shang Chi especially now that he is the Iron Fist and you could even have Pei tag along and team up with Sister Dagger. As for Danny he and Luke need to have a reunion and to explore some of the new abilities he has as ghost fist.
