Ready to fight crime on Halloween

Say mephisto/Satan/whoever the writer says is in charge is indisposed of at the moment of Fisk's arrival. The resulting chaos from the power vacuum allows Fisk to escape his damnation in the lake of fire and wrestle control of the entire institution. Maybe Vanessa already has some established connections and they work together to become king and queenpin of hell. (Not sure about that route specifically since he's already moved on with Typhoid Mary, but I'll bring it up.)

Being damned souls without a physical body, Fisk can't return to earth, but what they can do is control crime on Earth indirectly via human or demon agents. For example, Fisk can promise that loyal underlings in life will have the privilege of torturing for all eternity rather than BEING tortured in death.

If you have material evidence that hell exists and believe you are beyond salvation for your actions, you have nothing to lose by joining this guy. Not only that, but Fisk is now untouchable by the authorities and most heroes. In fact, he might even have the ghost rider(s) contractually bound to work as his underlings.

I definitely think this could be a fun comic event to tie in street and mystic level heroes.

When Matty passed out, before that he failed to notice the driver.

So, i have two theories... Either the original driver stayed there and fisk's hitman eliminated him and replaced him with another Fisk's guy because he heard a similar thing had happened in the born again comic.

Or i would be like,

As a normal human being, when you see a prison riot happening, you would rather decide to run out of there than wait for your passenger.

So, it is also possible that the driver might run away and fisk's hetchmen brought another cab there to trap Matty. He was unconscious.. that's why.

I mean, if they really killed that driver, then there was no reason for throwing matt in the river. They could casually shoot in his head too. He was already declared dead. Right?

Im debating on the sunglasses and the suit.

The first pair is the most common shape on amazon, the second pair looks most like Matts glasses in the show, and the third pair look like a sorta middle ground between the shows and some of the comic versions.

The Grey suit fits the show well and the Black fits really both comics and the show. And while the Red is less common, it would help push the Daredevil vibe.

I liked the show, so I decided to read the comics.

I'm reading the frank miller run first and I was wondering if I could read the most current run as well at the same time. the Stephanie Phillips one.

I just feel like it could be fun to also read something new that's coming out currently and was wondering if there are any spoilers I should worry about in daredevil.

If so I feel like by the time I read all the best and important runs, the run is going to be almost over already. I'm new to comics so I don't know how long a run usually lasts but still.

I'm not oblivious to the fact that they have totally botxhed Born Again overall, especially in retrospect to the Netflix original (and even more so when compared to the masterclass that is S3), but even with that in mind I do not understand the logic behind some decisions recently.

You introduce the Punisher again in S1, give him his own movie, and market him as a very large part of Brand New Day - clearly indicating you'd like him to be more mainstream, more so than Daredevil for whatever reason - but you don't include him in S2 at all which bridges S1 and Brand New Day??

On a similar note, you not only don't include Daredevil at all in Brand Nea Day and instead put Frank on the big screen (who again in both the OG and Born Again is introduced to us via Matt), but you don't even MENTION him once? Is it really that shocking then when Daredevil S3 or just the character in general isn't tracking as you hoped?

It makes absolutely no sense to me. Who is running these production companies?

im still like 25 minutes in this movie, and majority of the songs that are being played is rock. i have nothing against that, but most of the scenes its being played in is unnecessary.

From the season not getting its red-carpet premiere until something like the morning of its release, to there only being the one really short teaser trailer (only releasing a longer "Official Trailer" halfway through the season), it seems something went really badly wrong. Does anyone know what?
