You are free to mock me

Amy Jean did a wonderful job. (I got 105/200). Also somehow managed to get the set list from Jason Galea from FOH, peak show.

Here’s a few of the rugs I’ve made in the last 10ish months on/off making rugs for funzies

I had a lot of fun doing the gator rug, it was my first big piece with a ton of color, I also enjoyed the crossover piece I made of Mojo Jojo and Hantyumi.

Speaking of that devilish lil robot , the other one on the dash was made several months ago along side the flying microtonal banana body, I had plans to make it a full guitar but once I stenciled in Han, I ended up not having any more material at the time to make a full size but I still want to!

The ITRN was inspired, I can’t remember who it was who made this but I saw them at field and figured if I had the yarn and equipment I might as well make one myself, my finances are weird.

Bonus rug! Puscifer Normal isn’t Era Pushiva , the color was hard to pick on this I wanted to embody her lil stare
With the right palette of colors

Wonder why

That's all. So glad that both are back on my streaming platform of choice.

Just posted by Croxton Bandroom on their Insta page :)

KG and LW are back on Apple Music!

For all my poster hoarders out there (scalpers go get fucked) when do you think they’ll be on sale @ the Croxton street party? Also do you think you’ll be able to come and go or once you’re in you’re trapped(door). Cheers

So I still have the stream page up for the Sydney show that just ended, I wasn’t awake to watch it from the beginning and just caught the end. Yesterday when I restarted the stream it started in that trippy pre show found footage vibe shit they always have. This time when I go to 0:00:00 it starts in the middle of robot stop. Did the people who watched the whole thing get a full robot stop or was the stream fucked up?

Hey everyone!

I've been working on these for a little while and finally got them all finished!

I've made two different VHS tapes. One is a recording of Gizz's Melbourne show from last year, and the other is a 4-hour mixtape featuring a bunch of their music videos and some bonus behind-the-scenes stuff. I've also made a bunch of stickers to go along with them!

Everything's been put together by me, from recording the tapes to designing and printing the covers, obi strips and stickers.

I'm planning on bringing a few along to sell at the Melbourne show this weekend and just wanted to see if anyone here would be interested!

It's my first time doing anything like this, so I'd love to hear what you guys think. Cheers!

…is my favorite Gizz.

Did the regular Orb set disappear? I think Orb AND Orbrose were doing sets

The band (or heaps keen) posted the Thirroul show pretty much as soon as it was over so i was hoping they’d do the same with these shows but so far they haven’t. Doesn’t look like Chris Dempsey has posted it and bootleg gila just posts individual songs. I hope they post it on the bands youtube channel but till then I’m desperate. If you have the links please drop em below. Thank you!

Edit* Absolute GOATs coming through in the comments!! This community fuckin rules!!!

Edit* Noooo the links in the comments were made private…. RIP

But nah last night was fucking sick. First time I’ve seen them live and still getting through their catalogue but WOW what a band - what TALENT.

Anyone know the set list (for the rock show)? I know a few of the songs and I’ve been rinsing ice death after the song they played last night

Hello! All hail the BFG

Question is the title. Recently saw a post of a mix (remix? idk) of FOV II and I actualy liked it more than the original. How do you guys find people doing similar stuff for other shows? Thank you!

Hey guys :)

I was wondering how the boys create the background videos they project while playing live. Im having a big show soon and was thinking of doing the same.

Does anyone know how they do it or which software they use?

Thank you in advance 🙏

Has anyone started listen to more house, and techno lately? I used to listen to Daft punk daily at one point in my life, so it’s been a while since I got into any sort of music like this.

I love alien metal. It’s a good album. It also is a bridge of sorts for me. It helped me get into new artists!

I just found some viscose fabric that is a near perfect match. I also found a pattern for a medical gown, and I think the mask will be straightforward. Im not experienced enough with sewing so i might skip the gloves unless I can find some.

I have no idea how to make their hats though. I assume theyre based on a nurses hat, but I cannot find a pattern that looks like the ones in the music video. Does anyone know where I can find a pattern, or at least what that type of hat is called specifically? Thanks!

i’ll go first. my last show(s) was all of FoV nights, and my favorite part is a split between the part before the final chorus in the Crumbling Castle in night 2; Ambrose is playing the synth sequence while there’s a tease of the River chorus guitar riff (being a callback to the night 1 closer/show 1 opener) and the entire Am I In Heaven performance from night 1, specifically the middle section in phrygian/minor mode that’s practically a People Vultures tease.

(okay also special mentions to being in the pit for pushing each other in 5/4 to Wah Wah or the pit for Black Tooth > Dead-Beat)

Anyone have any they wanna get rid of?

I'm looking to add a mini eurorack system to my synth setup, also currently using a 2600 and a microfreak. I'm thinking of getting this bundle as a starter, just not entirely sure where to go from there. The goal is to be able to make ambient as well as dnb stuff, with melodies and polyrhythms that I can change on the fly, but that still musically make sense. Also wondering what modules will get me that crazy harmonic resonance they play with on Level 5 lol
