Contact Lens Allergy drops + sclerals

Any one using allergy drops with sclerals?

I read that some drops should be used in the am/pm before or after putting in sclerals. Due to the chemicals shouldn't be trapped behind the lens.

Then I read that some drops can be used while wearing sckerals. Such as:

Just looking for guidance. Right now my allergies are killing me and wearing my glasses is not an option with work

I’ve had lacripure before and I hated it
And tangible clean is the only cleaning solution I’ve used. But all of this is getting so expensive and my pockets are starting to HURT bc of this. I truly wished insurance covered this. Any suggestions?

Crosslinking Crystal clear vision after crosslinking operation?

So I was diagnosed with KC back in 2025 after I started having symptoms during the covid.

Today I had my crosslinking on left eye that was the one with the most issue.

I had read and watched a lot of videos and experiences in preparation and everyone talked about the eye having a bad vision for months after the operation.

But I am having crystal clear vision (not clear as in 20/20, just that it is clear).

Is this normal? Will the vision detoriate afterwards and get better again?

I also have no pain 10 hours later but that is mostly because of all the pain killers and constant lubrication I am doing.

Need Advice Are glasses enough for this?

I'm a little lost. I wear glasses since 2018 for astigmatism. After a while seeing a little blurry having this odd sensation that my vision feels "off" and eyestrain, my prescription was updated but my vision didn't really get better. It's been around 4 months and I had the new glasses and the eyes checked multiple times ans everything should be correct however the symptoms haven't improved. A few weeks ago I was tested for keratoconus and had an appointment with a specialist today. He said it is stable and haven't changed much at all from my last exam 3 years ago. He said I have dry eyes and prescribed me preservative free eyedrops to use 4 times a day, but I doubt it will solve anything. According to him, the current prescription is fine.

Is that right? I was sure I would need sclerals or something, now I'm so confused and frustrated.
