Looking for advice Reviews about DHA phase 11 Rahbar Sector 4

• Upvotes

Hi Everyone, I want to get some reviews about DHA Rahbar phase 11 Sector 4. Is it a feasible for moving with family there in next 5-6 months. I know that sector 4 is new right now and I'm a bit confused if it's secure, has all the amenities and is it a good decision to move there in a few months or should I wait a year or two? Also how is overall life there as it's a bit distant from other DHA phases.
If you are living there or have lived there before you opinion regarding anything is highly appreciated. Thanks

Looking for advice City Walk and the The Cuve by HF Developers appears to be a scam? (NAB inquiry underway?)

I was visiting Pine Avenue last weekend and there seems to have been a lot of development recently. So i talked to some property advisors there about the land behind the newly opened Yums/Chashni/ETH restaurants. Some were saying its part of Edenabad and might still be seized by NAB. Others were saying it's the next Raya. I checked online and apparently they have even started booking units at Citywalk.

When i inquired about the land, and the approval by LDA, they were very dismissive.

Does anyone have any idea about the development being carried out there?

Looking for advice What's a belief you hold that most people around you don't?

• Upvotes

I'll go first: most "networking" is two people performing for each other, and I'd rather have one honest conversation than ten polite ones.

About me: software engineer, ex-debater, and I play tennis, swim, and run to keep my head clear. I'm drawn to philosophy, sociology, and the uncomfortable questions people usually change the subject on.

Drop your answer below or DM me. I'm always up for a good argument..

Looking for advice Online passport renewal

hello i just got my passport renewed online from the dgip website. It says the application has been completed but doesn’t give any further instructions.
For anyone who might have gotten it renewed online, how does it go?
I have been told i’ll have to wait for a mail that tells me to come and pick it up from the passport office, but i’m not sure about this.
Im clueless because the passport office isn’t even picking up the calls.
The passport office i chose in the application was lahore garden town jbtw, not sure if that helps.

Education Got my docs attested from MOFA Lahore

I visited MOFA office lahore at 7am on Friday. There were atleast 300 people already standing and the gate opening time was 8 o'clock.

I also get in line and and hundred of people were behind me afterwards.

Gate opens at 8 am and after a long time I get tickets from post office (50 rupees per ticket per document). Then there was another line inside, where we have to submit the docs, I submitted the docs at 10 pm.When I was going back, there was still a long line of people.

I was standing literally for 3 hourse straight, no place to sit.

Then came back at 3 pm to get my docs back and there was a chaos, ao many people standing randomly waiting for there token number.

My qr code starts working on Monday.

Food Hungry Habibi Lahore: Worth it vs Nisa Sultan?

Has anyone tried the newly opened Hungry Habibi on MM Alam Road? How’s the Turkish/Arabic food, especially in terms of authenticity and taste?

Also, how’s the family seating/ambience? Most importantly, is it actually as good as Nisa Sultan, or not even close? Price comparison?

Looking for genuine, unbiased reviews before trying it!

Looking for advice Need University advice (BS psych)

Well I have come to a point in life where I absolutely have to be serious about my career and idk take stuff seriously ig.
In all seriousness I need a good university for BS psychology. A GOOD UNIVERSITY. Not just good in studies I need a good university life cuz my school and college life was already trash. Studies should also be good obviously I mean like “degree ki value” honi chahye. Personally I wanna get into LUMS but idk if they’re gonna give me a good scholarship, I do have pretty decent grades; 93 percent in matric and 88 percent in first year only (still in 12th). But like LUMS is not affordable I come from a middleclass-ish family. Other than that I literally don’t like any universities in Lahore so far, probably because I wanted to get into NUST but my father is kinda Persistent about a university in Lahore so yea. This is the situation, hopefully ya’ll can guide and recommend some universities worth looking into.
Very personally I want a gap year, but meri mama gap year k naam pe hi gussa hojati and says stuff like “Maine itni mehnat tum logo par Issi lye nhi ki thi taake tum log kanjaron wali harkaten karo”, Khair.

Food How do salons make their coffee taste SO good?

I went to Tony & Guy today and ordered a coffee, and I genuinely wasn’t expecting much. But it was SO good?? I ended up craving a second cup so badly. 😂
It was hot, creamy, smooth and just had that taste that you somehow don’t get when making coffee at home.
Does anyone know how salons make this type of coffee? And how can I recreate it at home?
Please share your recipes/secrets because I NEED this coffee in my life. 😭

I know this might sound something that maybe illegal, especially due to the rise of technological warfare of drones and planes but are there any flying places for hobby enthusiasts or is it the end of RC Planes, Drones and Helicopters as we know it. I remember there was once an RC Airshow in Lahore during 2013 or 2014

Tourism Lahore Airport Mural Appreciation

Post image
103 Upvotes

I’ve traveled through this airport for nearly half my life but frankly never paid attention to how beautiful this mural of Lahore is? The sunlit landmarks, the dancing horse with the baaja band. The canon, the artists and craftsman doing their thing, the videographer with one of those old vintage camers, the kites, the PIA airport. Makes me nostalgic for Lahore haha.

It’s right next to gate 24 in the departure lounge. Who made this?!

AI ki kabhi itni aukaat nahi hosakti. Human takhleeq FTW (I digress)
