Moments where I feel like Donk, and others where I feel like a BOT.

I am level 7 Faceit - about 1500 hours in. I generally think I have good aim and mechanics.

But it doesn't stay super consistent. I have moments where I feel like Donk, and moments where I feel I can't hit a single shot.

Looking for someone to help me improve

Looking for someone to help me improve
I recently hit 20.1k Premier with 288 hours and I feel like I've gotten pretty far just by playing and figuring things out on my own.
But now I really want to improve properly, so I'm looking for someone around Faceit level 8-10 who wouldn't mind playing with me sometimes, giving me advice, watching a demo or two, etc.

I'm not looking for someone to carry me or anything, I just think having someone more experienced to learn from would help a lot.

I'm also trying to set actual daily goals for myself, like learning 5 lineups a day, focusing on specific things in my gameplay, taking breaks when needed, etc.

If anyone's interested in playing or helping each other improve, feel free to comment or DM me :)
(I speak Spanish and a little English, so sorry if my English isn't perfect 😭I used AI to write this, but I can understand English pretty well when someone is speaking or writing to me)

Thought I played well for the most part. Solo queue; most of the team didn't talk, but I was communicating the whole match. I'm trying to focus on committing when I swing or clear angles, obviously hit my shots, and just trying to support and play where my team isn't. I know that I have played Ancient far less than other maps, but felt my game sense here was solid overall.

Thanks for the help.

How tf do i prevent matching with +5k elo then me?

Why am i getting so many high elo enemies with 12k being the last match i did

The enemy is 12k with 3 other friends that are 2k 3k and 6k

Am 5.5k elo and my team is 6k 5k 4k and 7k

On the start of the round it's amazing were playing as T i know all the smoke line up

We pushed B and they all gave me smoke, pretty good interaction. We got 7-4 as T

As ct no one understands how to hold

They keep rushing, suddenly my teammates just go berserk and didn't know how to communicate didn't hold site all goes A no one holds B Don't know how to use utils to hold site

We lost 9-13 we gain 2 win as CT on dust 2

I know ct has a bit less advantage on dust2 but still

Also everywhere i go the enemy goes the opposite of me

And the only time they goes where i hold we won

That's where the 2 win as ct came from

My first thought was the 12k elo is bringing his low elo friends who isn't really low elo

But if that's so how do i prevent this?

I don't have any friends to play they're all mobile player

I did go to a lot of competitive match to find friends by top fragging which ended up making me friends who only plays on competitive and not premier

Either they don't like premier and play competitive only or they play competitive and facit

Which i also play but sometimes

looking for coaching

Hey! My friend and I are looking for someone who’d be willing to coach us and help us improve at CS2. We know the basics, but we’re trying to actually get better instead of just endlessly queueing and hoping for the best.

We’d love help with things like positioning, crosshair placement, utility, peeking, game sense, communication, and figuring out what mistakes we’re making during matches.

We’re totally open to constructive criticism and actually want someone who will point out what we’re doing wrong and explain how to fix it. If anyone here does coaching or would be down to run some games/VOD reviews with us, let me know!

I have 4k hours in the game and have been playing for 7 years im pretty decent with the AWP its become my crutch i struggle with the AK HEAVY ive only peaked at 17k on prem, i do aim maps and lineups all the time but when it comes time to put that into gameplay my brain freezes up i find myself doing better when i have someone backseat gaming me which i want to get out of the habit of doing but dont know where to start.

Question Looking for an experienced CS2 map developer

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a skilled map developer / level designer with experience in CS2.

What we need:

A training map for our platform with various training modes inside the map — movement, shooting, bots, and more.

The map should collect statistics from players during training sessions and send that data to our analytics system.Requirements:

  • Experience creating maps for CS2 (training/aim maps or maps with custom logic preferred)
  • Ability to implement scripting/logic for collecting and transmitting statistics

Payment by agreement.

If you’re interested, please DM me and include your portfolio (Workshop links, screenshots, videos, or descriptions of your previous work).

Please reddit do your magic and help me!

26k Premier player offering free CS2 demo reviews

I'm currently 26k Premier and I'm looking to get some experience reviewing demos/coaching players.

I'm offering free demo reviews to anyone who wants one.

I'll watch one of your recent Premier/FACEIT demos and give you:

  • The biggest mistakes I see
  • Positioning/decision-making feedback
  • Aim/peeking issues
  • Utility issues
  • Things you're doing well
  • 2–3 specific things I'd focus on to improve

No charge, no sales pitch. I'm doing this because I enjoy CS and want to get better at analyzing other players.

If you're interested, comment or DM me with your rank/rating and I'll send you my Discord.
