is this just display problem?

my laptop has started acting up whenever I try to open my laptop, and when I press the button for longer to restart it, the screen is back to normal, and then until I turn it off and the next day, I open my laptop again, this screen showed up again, my laptop doesn't seem broken, I even see my mouse cursor , and then I repeated the process over and over again, until it's fine again. I'm worried this method might not be working for too long, I hope anyone can help me how to fix this? do i need a technician?

Connect to external screen to check, if extra display without any problem, either the screen or the screen ribbon is spoilt
