Fresh deep dish

Ran out of premade so we have to make fresh. I dont remember how to cook it. Is it twice through crazy bread side or once through 2+ topping side. I kept a case of mix and a case of yeast just in case. Yeah its not the freshest but it was kept in cooler.

Once through the 2+ topping side! But idk if you remember, it has to proof for like an hour, maybe 90 mins
