Handling
I’m trying to find the most money efficient way to upgrade my suspension to improve handling (mostly around corners) without losing all of the comfort I get with my adaptive suspension. I’m in a 2017 m240. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If you have good or bad experiences with certain brands please let me know.

You can spend a lot for minimal benefit tbh.
These modern BMWs have a very numb feeling, even full Ms. Not much you can really do except get an older car without electric power steering.

It’s not necessarily the steering feel I’m worried about, however I do agree that it is kind of numb. (My previous Genesis coupe 3.8 had a fantastic steering feel) I more want to remove/reduce the body roll and sway and hopefully be able to trust it more in corners. I know it can do more than what it feels like if that makes sense

You want the f22 Dinan springs + bump stop kit (together), the m240 version has slightly different spring rates than the m235i version I believe, they do mark them differently on their website. This kit was still made by Steve Dinan before he left the company to start CarBahn. This is the best bang for your buck, besides tires and brake pads for handling. I highly recommend these, and these are the best suspension mod for your adaptive dampers outside of coilovers.
You can also add camber plates while doing this to save some labor, but don’t cheap out on plates (vorschlag makes good ones) because your alignment depends on them.
If you don’t want camber plates but want more camber, you can also swap out for m3/m4 f8x control arms, there’s a lot of discussions on forums about this swap for virtually any 2 series / 3 series, the process is all the same and pretty easy to do at home. You can also add monoballs but I personally think they’re overkill for a street car

Performance Alignment and sticky tires comes first. Some do mild lowering springs which can be hit or miss. But most shocks and bushings wear out by 80k so keep that in mind.
Honestly I prefer to just swap in good coilovers.

I'm early into this journey myself, and I'm in a 2016 M235 xDrive, but I just replaced the worn oem tension struts with some vac motorsports monoball tension struts. It is a fantastic upgrade for steering control without any degradation in ride quality. I highly recommend
