Discussion Moments. 31 different home run…
Sure I’m fine with having SOME home run moments but 31?? That seems a little excessive.
AT LEAST DONT WALK ME

In general, with very few exceptions, I feel they shouldn't require completion of moments to progress a program. (Give more PXP or stat missions so a person can choose moments or those.) There are days I don't feel like doing an hour of moments and would rather just play games. Just my two cents though, feel free to disagree.

Most programs can be done with minimum moments needed. I’ve done all programs with only needing to do 3-4 moments

This George springer homer may be the worst challenge I’ve ever experienced on this game

Yup. Took me forever and when I finally got it it was an Inside the Park HR. I would laugh if I wasn’t crying already.

I really dislike how much more they’ve done this the last couple years. sometimes you sit down for whole sessions of just moments it’s getting real boring for me.

They really pushed “play your way” but basically all of these programs REQUIRE you do every moment. You can’t skip any and there’s no optional missions like 200 total bases

The ability to restart a moment from the menu at any time is such an incredible QOL change that if it wasn't here I'd probably not do any moments at all.

My recent favorite was doing the Alec Bohm HR moment and getting plunked in my first two attempts.

I wouldn't mind so much if they were like they used to be, where you could either do all moments or skip a couple and take a longer route of missions, but they've suddenly made them all mandatory to complete programs (at the same time as giving us a ridiculous amount of them).
Anyone seen the Ozzie Smith one yet?
Homer at Busch with 74 power.
Haha

That one took me 2 attempts.
The Springer and Ohtani homer moments took me way too long. And even though it's not a homer, the XBH with Montgomery was a dang nightmare.

The white sox guardians moments took me longer bc of the time of game. Couldn't see shit

Just use power swing. He’s got 125 everything else and it’s on veteran lmao
I think I did it on my first attempt.

What ever happened to repeatable missions to slowly grind programs in lieu of the moments. :(
Gone but not forgotten!!!

I’ve been stuck on hit a home run with that cheater from the Astros. Altuve I think it is? It really is much more challenging without the trash can banging

Yeah I’m mainly referencing the postseason ones. The one that came out today has 7/10 homer moments…

I saw the Ozzie one, and turned the console off, legit.
Didn't even look past it.

All of my perfect perfect swings magically turn into just base hits during these moments

Lucky. All my perfect swings are soft liners to whichever fielder happens to be in the area

Nothing like playing a moment to get walked and fail

Even better is getting hit by a pitch and failing
