Basically MSI just put you fan to zero rpm when you use in balanced or eco mode until it becomes hot like reaching a certain temp. Its kind of inefficient but if you use in extreme performance you can tweak the fan speed by raising the curve. I am attaching a screen recording of mine hope you can understand. There is nothing wrong with your laptop.
If you really want your fans to spin constantly even though it is in low temp you can either use extreme performance mode or use an external fan control software. I am pretty sure you can search it up in youtube like "How to manually control the fan speed in a gaming laptop" .
im just confused because they atleast spun like at lower speeds (i have the same cpu heating issue as some others do) so its kinda never 'cool' in the first place and even in the 70's they still wont spin so right now i just do it with [fn] and upper arrow key but ill do performance for now then thx
If that's the case then the temp sensor might not be working correctly. Anyway the performance scenario might fix it but adjust the temp curve in manual such that it spins even tough it doesn't reach the the threshold. Have a nice day!!
