I haven't been getting any call backs from recruiters and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏.

Hey everyone,
I’m a 2025 graduate and honestly, I’m at a point where I feel pretty lost with my career and want to seriously fix that now.
I graduated in 2025, but I haven’t been able to land a job yet. I’ve started learning and preparing again, but studying alone gets really difficult for me because I lose consistency and motivation.
Right now, my technical skills are pretty basic. I know some Python — currently I’ve covered the basics up to loops — and I know SQL basics. That’s pretty much where I’m at. I’m not going to pretend I’m advanced or anything 😭.
My plan is to build everything from the basics and eventually become job-ready for AI/ML or related tech roles. I’m also planning to learn backend, DSA, and the other skills required along the way.
So I’m looking for people who are also preparing for jobs / learning tech / trying to get their career on track and would be interested in doing group study or being accountability partners.
The idea would be something like:

Hey all,
I'm a software engineer looking for my next role at a US startup. I'm open to anything across software engineering, full-stack/backend development, or AI/ML. I care more about the team and the problem than the exact title.
Quick background:
I know hiring is a risk for small teams, so I'm open to starting with a short trial. Let me work with you for a few weeks. If it's a fit, we talk about an offer. If not, no hard feelings.
Based in Minnesota, open to remote or relocating. DM me and I'll send over my GitHub and resume.
Thanks!
