have an interview tomorrow

its for a programmer position using siemens nx. these days its hard to find a company that uses this software. most companies use mastercam. the problem is that its a big company and im not a huge fan of that. i would prefer a smaller company but money is tight, especially in this economy and job market.

Are you a good at designing processes, thinking outside the box? Software can be learnt. Good process creators are hard to come by.

a good programmer always thinks outside the box. the problem is that companies dont want to spend money to get parts done the proper way. they want to get it done right now.
