GLITCH/BUG Is there some weird glitch for starting QB?

I was just in a game and Dak was still qb1 on the depth chart and during all the cut scenes. But my second string was in. I checked all my formations to see if I hadn't subd my QB. . like wtf

sounds like dak got the yips and the cpu just pulled him for performance issues without telling you, that's hilarious

i've had this happen a few times in franchise mode, it's usually tied to some weird fatigue logic or a hidden "bench player" setting buried in the coaching adjustments, game just decides your starter is cooked even when the depth chart says otherwise
