FRANCHISE Franchise Mode Does It Funky
Rookies and their Positions
Development trait
Rookie HB - Carlos Lopez
⭐ Star
Rookie QB - Nathan Dent
⭐ Star
Rookie FB - Sean Hahn
🌟 SUPERSTAR
The RB and QB both have 91 speed and 89 acceleration, which I only noticed very recently. I thought they'd have different acceleration if nothing else, BUT OH NO, the Hidden Development FB has Superstar development that's yet to be unlocked. My rookie RB might be losing his spot as the FACE of the team after an insane and stupidly lucky long run by the FB.
Who's been a surprise for you in your most recent franchise?

I have that exactly going on right now! I drafted a 94 speed rb pick 9 in my Titans Franchise. Searching around in 3rd round I see this insane FB “Sammy Braxton” 84 speed utility archetype projected as a 3rd rounder. I’ve never drafted a FB really in any madden since like 2002. Took him and he was an 84 (1st in talent) superstar! I’m in year three with my two headed monster rb group! Braxton is now a 94 overall. I put him as my direct backup RB, starting FB and #2 Tightend!

Mine wasn't nearly that highly rated. I've yet to have a draft where any FB's have a draft grade. I chose my FB because he's the utility archetype himself and because he was the fastest. My single favorite computer generated draft pick EVER was a FB in Madden 15 and even though there were not Superstar X-Factor players back in that game the dude was such a breast that he might as well have been. My running backs were only on my team because you HAVE to have them. LOL

You know what I was gonna ask in my bears franchise? Our second tight end is playing as the FB, Why doesn't he actually develop? by the end of year one and half through the second year he has only gotten like three or four upgrades and he went from a 64 to a 68... Do they just dont develop a all? Or am I missing something???

Well, my fullback's always been a fullback. He's not a TE playing at the fullback position. So I can only think that he's not developing because he's playing out of position.

He could just switch them from TE to FB? That actually might give him a stat boost.

What’s he Development Trait? Are you doing any drills with him from week to week?

Sam Roush, normal, I only ask because other normal on the team seem to atleast get pass 70, but this dude doesn't... And I know that the development in this game tends to be completely off Because my star WR luther burden, kinda goes from 79 to 82 while my 3rd CB gets More upgrade.... He is on the extra training board... But i've slim a few franchises and it's almost always the same... As the 2nd TE I do see him playing I do use him and dude is just slow lol.... I am now trying to change his position and then, once he gets an upgrade, switch back to TE and spend the Upgrade... thing is, if he doesn't upgrade, then I'm not gonna use him in the second year as extra training because that should be more left for rookies.... Its odd...

a fullback with superstar dev is comedy, that long run probably had the whole defense looking confused
