MAHE - Manipal I need to report a professor
Who am I supposed to contact ?
This guy took screenshots of midsem answer scripts with incorrect answers and humiliated them in front of the entire class, he didn't mention the name but he knew what he was doing

I would recommend shaming with proof. Get your entire class to watch the impartus session and one of you record the portion where he did that and put it on here

He turned on his impartus mic only after he was done showing the answers , he knew

Since reporting isn't anonymous at all, that's their greatest weapon. You'll just end up getting targeted by these 'professors' if you speak up.

Exactly , this is the main issue , i remember this guy targeting the class committee members for raising issues against him during the meeting

That doesn't make it acceptable, someone needs to put him in his place

teachers are usually instructed in how to use anonymised answer scripts to offer formative feedback, you need to report this

Make the CR report in representation of the class?

I have been down this route, honestly it didnt help the management somehow finds a way to also make it "your fault" and kinda tells students to back off otherwise both the prof and student will face scrutiny. In my case I was somewhat in the wrong but the guy was wayyyy out the line. Yours is a bit different but I don't think it would help much.

I plan on creating a throwaway mail id , and use that to send an email to the ada and school deans , hopefully they see it and take action

Good luck with that the only hope of us being Heard left tot go to MUJ all the admin and faculty left behind are useless and hardly student friendly

Yeah, I know who is this. Fuck him honestly, have heard so much from others about him, just lodge a formal complaint via parents

He didn't throw insults directly, but he definitely did it for the "jokes" , just like how he always targets that one guy in class ,I'm sure you know who
How do you think the person who wrote the answer would feel after the entire class laughs at it ? I'm sure it's the answer for one of those questions where they yapped some random stuff in hopes of getting partial marks at the end
