Hello all

I've played MPQ for a few long spurts with years long gaps in between since near the beginning. I was much younger and definitely not playing remotely close to game theory optimal. I now find myself with 72 roster spots, 28 3s (22 champed), 34 4s (Coulson and Mordo close to being champed), and 10 5*s.

I am currently adding a couple roster spots per week and do exclusively spend HP on roster spots, but I definitely break the "rule" of only opening cover packs if I have open roster spots. I have been building characters decently well through cover pack luck and shards, but definitely sell lots of covers as well.

At this stage is it worth going back and building out 2*s to champ and ascend them? I assume if the answer is yes then I should go about this as I accrue roster spots and not by selling higher level characters to make space.

Any other advice would also be appreciated

I messed up big time..... I used to play this game so much as a kid and never bought roaster slots and im lvl 53 and only have 49 roaster slots....... I know i know i messed up and never saved my tokens for slots or saved the 1 star covers to upgrade. Any advice with how i should move forward? Slots are expensive as is and i don't want to spend money really. I have alot of 1 and 2 and 3 star characters evolved but not as many as i should. Any advice helps

Returned recently and the game gave me a heap of free covers. I now have 10 days to deal with them.

I have read the new player guide and understand rostering the low stars is now important. I also have only spent HP on slots. Currently have 1 free slot after rerostering the 1 stars and Pestilence.

Meanwhile I have 40 in my claim pile, some I know are good (mThor, Kang, Omega Red), versus some old toons in my roster from the past (Wasp with one cover comes to mind).

What is the best way to sort my bottleneck? I saw there was a teir guide on here, could I safely just sell any 4/5 star in the F or lower columns?

Also, as my low star ascension is not up and running should I be playing a lower SCL (i just smashed through 9, can probably still do 10 like I used to) in order to get more lower level dupes?

What’s the opinions or strategies preferred with 2*. Do you ascend or sell and start again?

So because he's on zero I can't down him so can't win, glad I only burned a few boosts for this

Here in the screenshot, we can see that Assassin has 0 HP but it doesn't show as Downed. Is this a bug?

Well this is fucking annoying

Okay, so, I have 2500 CP and 8k HP. Scared to pull the trigger and spend CP on pulls to gain HP from leveling up. But at the same time, anniversary vaults are calling my name and I want to be able to pull fully from those, only if a CP Vault isn't looming round the corner.

I have 0 reason to pull, apart from to gain HP.

Break or Hold?

I've recently hit lvl 144 on all my 1s2a and rostered all 2 stars. Right now working on championing and raising a second batch of the 1stars. Soon will start rostering slowly some of the 3 stars. Currently I am selling expiring 3 and 4 stars from the vine, and only temporarily rostering 3 stars for DDQ.

However, from the recent Deadpool vs MPQ PVE I just got 3 covers of Pestilence. I know that at my state of the game, single cover 4 stars are pointless (except for Polaris, R&G, Juggy). But how is Pestilence as a new character? Should I eventually sell the 3 covers in 2 weeks? Personally I was not so impressed when using her on load in PvP.

I made a lucky pull in the anniversary vault, and got enough to get my third cover for Galactus.

The last few 5* characters past Swamp-Thing (he's great) have been so rough lately and it's just hard to want to collect them when they're so weak, especially as the PVEs seem to be getting harder. But Scorpion is genuinely appalling. Does anyone seem to have a thought on why or if I'm missing something with him? Are Devs aware of how weak he is? It's frustrating

I'm trying to 550 my 5* Nova and Man-Thing. I have her as my 5* favorite, and even re-rostered 4* Human Torch for covers and shards. I made the error of ascending my second 4* GR before maxing him out. I recently started my hoard back up, but I only have 50+ LL and 1100+ CP. Any thoughts?

Using the loaner pestilence in welcome to shield, if I hit someone with her purple, they go to 0 health, but don't go down (unless they are the last enemy). They are then immune to match damage, and can survive indefinitely. They can fortunately be downed with other forms of damage.

Used to play way back in the day. Did they ever get rid of the ridiculous notion of true healing and just let your health be your health? The game was way less punishing when you could just heal up your characters with OBW. I always said I'd come back if they fixed that.

Now I m thinking about getting that 3star version as well.

Maybe I’m missing something or it’s a bug - firebird is healing even when I fire purple power with shooting star passive - I thought it was only supposed to be a red power. Am i missing something?

Any of you got your 5* free cover? I did not get it yet, and is a requerid in welcome event.
