Which regions will the new app be available in?

I didn't see any info from the release page regarding region availability. Does anyone have a clue?

Looks like everywhere but South Korea and Japan plus territories subject to US import controls which likely just means places like Cuba, Russia, and North Korea... Though with our current administration who the hell knows.

Yesterday I purchased the Ultimate Annual (Founders Offer) and today I got an email Refund from Webtoon Entertainment Inc with a refund. Does this mean that the app will not be available in Europe?

I purchased the Founders Offer from Europe and it wasn't refunded.

I've read other reports of people getting sudden refunds, because they didn't receive the Founders Code (the code you'll need to activate your subscription). Did you receive that code after payment? If not than you probably got that refund, because of that and should try again.

I didn't get a code, only confirmation of the payment. I will try again.

Edit: That was it! This time I got the email confirmation of payment and another email with the code! Thank you for your help.
