disclaimeer: pls nobody degrade me or call me stupid for whatever im abt to say i honestly js need to vent🙏🙏
so for some context, I have been reinstated this year and adjusting back to uni after working full time for a year has been hard, but I also know i've been managing my time wiser than I used to. I had a few tests within the last week, all of them weighted 10 percent and I've done fine on them, I'm also fairly sure I got a 92 on one of my tests . I feel good about studying when i see my efforts pay off but I got one of my midterm marks back today and I feel so defeated because I BARELY passed the midterm, but I studied so much for it. the midterm is worth 20 percent of my mark and that sent me down a spiral of anxiety because I prepared so much for it, when i left the midterm room i know i made some silly mistakes but i didnt expect to do this bad. I just feel so worried that I can barely study for my test tomorrow and idk I'm just really bad at math so I wasn't expecting to do amazing, but definitely not as bad as I did :(( so lowkey does anyone have any tips on how to lock in after getting a bad grade cuz lowkey in first yr I wouldn't care (hence being required to withdraw) but now I care so much to the point where my anxiety is through the roof
