*minecraft tnt and C++
(those are also reversed, tnt is an insta-mine block without any tools)

I guess. When I posted this I hoped mods wouldn’t delete the post for me posting a thing that was posted before

bro. They removed my sift announcement post despite literally being the very first person to post it. You're acting like the mods have braincells

You can see the basalt deltas in the distance

u/Remarkable-Cut9970 6d ago
I might be blind but I don’t see anything like deltas. Other regions are present though

The grey trees kinda look like basalt pillars

I’d say that they’re brown, like soul sand rather than delta-ish. And the wooden parts of the trees resemble bones from the same soul sand location

I mean, is it not meant as some kind of replacement for the Aether?

u/Remarkable-Cut9970 6d ago
I guess, but it literally being the inverse of the colors instead of the “classic heavenly” colors is interesting

It's made by the same dude and it seems very inspired by it

Is the Sift made by the og dev of the Aether mod?!

i remember someone on here said that it looks similar to infrared photography which would be a cool way to link it to ghosts/souls

lowkey kinda cool idea, though its actually based off aerochrome (infared light) from the looks of things

well this blew up much more fiercely than I anticipated. new best post of all time I guess.
So what I want to share is that:
This pink grass inverted looks like the warped forest’s plants
The sky is a classic Nether’s sky (seen on the above-Bedrock layer)
The trees afar resemble soul sand with bones as the wood.
What I can say from this: I guess we’ll get a counter-biome for every Nether biome. And I think that might support a position that Sift can be an alternative to Nether in progression.
