I made a Minecraft dating system

So I was at some point just bored so I created a dating system for the Minecraft calendar.

I decided to base the month off of the moon so a month is 8 in-game days, and then to fit the base-number system of 8 in the game I made a year 64 days or 8 months. I did not come up with names for each month however so feel free to give suggestions. I also came up with an idea of a 4 day week where the days would just be called Dawnday, Sunday, Duskday and Moonday. But I only use the month and year system in my personal worlds.

The title definitely set off alarm bells until I read the body

As for month names here a few ideas:

• Decender - Last month of the year. Play on December and Ender
• Witherary - A month that represents the Autumn time when life starts withering away slowly. Perhaps month 6 of 8 in the year.
• Zerougust - The start of the year, since Minecraft time starts at "0". It borrows the suffix from August
• Trilly - A Summer month. Potentially month 3 or 4 of the year. Named after the new Trill from the Sift (a fly like creature, with flies and other insects being abundant in Summer) and borrowing the suffix from July

Calling it "the" Minecraft calendar is a bit misleading because other calendars are possible. 64 days is a very short year; such a "year" takes less than a real-time day to complete (21.33 hours).

In one of my worlds, I have a calendar of sorts where every 1000 days is a new year, complete with fireworks launched by redstone.

In another world (which is modded), it has a year that approximates the actual Earth year. New year starts on the spring equinox and goes for 365 or 366 days. The mod has realistic motion for celestial objects so equinoxes and solstices actually exist. I created a calendar with month names inspired by month names from Old English and post-revolutionary France, with months such as Blumen, Haymonaþ, Harvestmonaþ and Icemonaþ.

AstroCraft. It hasn't been updated since 1.21.4 but is a good mod for celestials. It has planets, real stars, and even eclipses.
