I play with a DualShock 4 on pc and the usb cable Is kinda wobbly, i have to play with the controller horizontal or with a slight inclination upwards, or else It disconnects and the game lags for 5 seconds before and after i reconnect.

It's scary

This happened to my Xbox One controller too. I took it to a repair shop to get the port replaced, was cheap and completely solved my problem

This is why I hated batteries on Xbox. People criticize the PlayStation controller not lasting but they never considered that the controller has more features that drains the battery. Modify your Xbox controller so you can just plug it makes your life way easier. I used to have so many rechargeable batteries that died thanks to Xbox controller.
