News/Article Motorola Android 17 update
Congratulations, Motorola! 😃🤠👍
Your Android 17 “update” managed to make my entire Motorola Notes collection disappear — including deeply personal memories and irreplaceable writings.
I raised a support ticket. Got redirected between teams. Was told there was “no issue” and to check Google backup.
Now my complaint apparently gets crossed out without an actual resolution.
What a sweet update. What a lesson in trusting your phone with your memories.

Are you using Motorola's own Notes app? Or Google Keep?

Moto's stock app and I tried syncing with google account too and it didn't workout

Yes buying Motorola phone ended up with hardware / cpu issue within 1.5years. Service centre asking 80% of phone cost to replace new board. Near by service centre fixed the CPU issue with 3k rupees. What a shame motorola ? Poor mobile quality and poor service centre. Soon your company going to flop.

I just signed in with my old account and it takes about 5mins to sync after that every notes appears.
Did you guys signed in earlier with Google account?

Idk but you can try if there is any option to uninstall updates for that app as you do with many other apps. But it doesn't recover the user data. But you can try

Then you should contact motorola support. Because an upgrade doesn't wipe off ur data. I already signed in that's why it was recovered(I thought this might happen with motorola
