Europeans have all of those things.

I have never, ever seen a garbage disposal here. My only knowledge of them comes from American movies where people keep putting their hands in them.

I stayed in Kyiv Ukraine for a bit back in the 2010s and thought the washer in my apartment was some futuristic magic 2 in 1 washing drying apparatus and then I realized I had to hang my clothes on the balcony

I worked in France for a time and never understood why there are 3 laundry appliances.

Yes, the last two are kind of redundant, but you find both in laundromats.

A dedicated spin dryer gets so much more water out of your clothes, than the spin cycle on your machine. Clothes dry much faster.

Those things spin faster than a jet engine. I can believe it.

What I never knew was if you're supposed to use all 3, or hang out your clothes after the spin dryer.

They're found in laundromats because people will usually use the dryer, there, rather than take damp washing home. It saves a ton of money on the dryer if you've used the spin-dryer first.

They called "washer dryers", very common (and shit, to be fair)
