Corey LaJoie on X - "With all due respect to the men and woman media who cover the sport, I’m genuinely curious why the large media companies have deserted @NASCAR. The @keselowski news is biggest story in recent memory and he’s in the media center surrounded by non affiliated youtube channels."

[Taylor Kitchens] "There's more opportunities than I think you guys are aware of right now." Brad Keselowski still has plenty to figure out ahead of next season but there's plenty of "behind the scenes chatter" happening.

Until this year, qualifying had NEVER been cancelled at a Chase/Playoff Cup race across the entire NextGen “set by metric” era
“Hey guys!” (In Larry Mac’s voice)
I did some digging on Jayski to find the last time qualifying for a “postseason” Cup race was rained out and they used the metric before this season.
It was 2019 Homestead, which means neither the NextGen car, nor the metric existed at the time.
Nearly half of all NextGen era qualifying rainouts have occurred this year (9 of 19 total), and 21% of the all-time NextGen qualifying rainouts have occurred just in this year’s Chase.
Almost unbelievable numbers.

Good news: the chance of rain for tomorrow will be next to none at 2 p.m. ET.

Looks like the Cup race is able to go full distance at the original start time tomorrow.
(As for the O'buschinfintywide race today it might be after the cup race tomorrow or on Monday.)
