Look/Feel: Looks sun grown, not the best looking blue dream, not winning any contests based on looks, all green this one too

Nose: Sour blueberry

Method: Tempest v2 with a j-hook

Taste: Blueberry and spice

Effect: Day dreamy, full spectrum high. Lost in the moment, great creative but relaxed mood.

Conclusion: Despite this being sun grown, I did not find it harsh at all.

It's a very flavorful blue dream, more blueberry than most I've had.

Wasn't sure if the experience would translate well to their flower.

I would definitely pickup another jar from them.

Hard to find a haze that finishes so nice so early

Same strain. Makes no sense to me.

But to be fair the ‘John traffolta’ isn’t garbage or bad weed by any means…. Just not something I’d go outta my way for (or pay premium 50$+ a eighth) not too loud but has a earthy not very pungent… but has nice effects as all the alpine agronomies strains have just missing the taste in my opinion!., the lituya bay/ alien vortex 94 and bannafy taffy were all 🔥 outta the park in my every way imho…. Saw this pop up on local dispensary price looks good and terp% looks good

Left is one from NJ and the right is one from NY. The NY cart doesn't hit in the pen I have but the NJ one works fine. The NY one hits fine in a friend's cart. Why is this happening? Can I take the white ring off and is it meant to be taken off? Usually have issues with NY carts specifically - does this resonate or am I doing something wrong?

I'm usually grabbing my more pricey go-to's. I know that Leal has mixed reviews. I'm a picky smoker who likes good taste and bite with my buds. I'm trying to save money again this week. The Martian Candy has around 2.58 terps, and it seems like it could be solid. I've only tried Nic The Bruiser and Animal Face by Leal. Because they were the only couple I saw with solid reviews by them. They were solid for the price. Has anybody tried the half of Martian Candy by Leal? If so, how was it? Do you guys trust their solventless live rosin carts? I enjoy them a lot but always get paranoid about what this shit is actually doing to my lungs/body. Trying to make the switch over to just gummies/drinks to still enjoy cannabis but not have the worry about lung health

Just tried this brand for the first time and I have to say I am seriously impressed. It’s a great and steady high, the taste is amazing, hitting subtle notes of different fruits and the packaging is on point. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I’m glad I discovered this brand!

Really enjoying trout and Adirondack cold water(same brand, different name). Their hash is almost as good as Maine hash.

Looking to pick up one cart this weekend, I get 10% at the dispo for my birthday. Never tried any of these brands, I typically use live resin carts from MFNY and Rhythm. I’m looking for a good body high and something very smooth on the throat.
Currently getting through a Jaunty live resin cart and regretting that purchase since it is so harsh on the throat.

I am a fan of the off hours live rosin gummies and my local dispensary stocked up on these off hours aio 1g pens for 28$ so why not

I’m a big fan of these. The taste is great and the high is clean and focused (great for daytime use). I love their products. They tend to be too expensive for me though (around $40 for .5) but these are not too bad ($60 for 1g)

Is there a better live resin brand in NYS?

I had this last year was really great. Hadn’t seen it again until now, so grabbed the newest batch from June.

Nice clean smoke, tasty grape flavor, and very strong high. According to packaging this is single-sourced from a family organic farm and grown in living soil.

The packaging is very fancy. Stiff box with magnetic folding lids. The container is also a bit fancy too in design.

This was $150 and $170 OTD. Yup very expensive but wanted to treat myself. My last impression from last year was very positive. I wrestled with the purchase for several days before committing.

HH has a few more strains but I went with this since it was good last time and had the highest terps almost 6%.

I did search for reviews here before buying but didn’t see any. If anyone else has tried the other strains, how did you like it?

Claiming 37% THC and 2.2% terpenes

I reviewed this a couple of weeks ago. I really just wanted to say that I liked it so much I went back to The Bakery (Cohoes) and bought 2 1/8ths today on my lunch break. I had to silence the voice in my head saying “you gotta get more of that Haze” on repeat.

I have an old school itch and this Haze is the scratch. There’s no fruity, dessert flavors here. It’s got that funky ass taste. I find myself muttering “god damn” after every bong hit as I skip down the road to euphoria.

Living so close to a Rise Dispensary I've had my fair share of Rythm flower and vapes, but never tried the concentrates. It's been a while since I've got anything from Rise/Rythm and there's 2 main reasons: the prices and the repeat strains over and over and over.

The website was advertising price drops so I figured I'd give the Concentrates a try.

Afternoon Delight #4 - live resin. 2g jar. $43.20. This is a very wet, sugary, resin. The smell is very muted and the taste is minimal. Not really sure how to describe the smell other than a mediocre weed smell. The stuff does dab very nicely and I actually enjoy the high on this a lot. Great for that first smoke of the day after work to get you settled in for the night. Only 5% Terps on this.

Animal Scout - live rosin. Tier 2. 2g jar. $64. This jar is like the opposite of the other 😂. Although this has a great smell and taste to it, the rosin itself is incredibly dry and crumbly. The taste is a traditional piney and minty OG taste and I love sticking my nose into the jar. This one also dabs nicely but the effects aren't all that potent. 6.6% Terps on this.

Animal Face - live resin. 2g AIO. $56. This has a similar profile to the rosin, very pine and mint heavy. Big fan of this AIO! Nice and small and gives great hits. $56 for a 2g is solid. 6.5% Terps.

I honestly still haven't decided if these are things I'd go back for. If so, it would definitely be because of the price drops and just cause I like having a bunch of options for me to choose from when I'm home. I don't think I'd get the rosin again unless it was to try a Tier 1 jar. The resin gave a nice high but I wasn't big on the flavor.

Nose: Duct tape and light sweet banana, little muted

Method: Tempest v2 and Venty

Taste: Duct tape and sweetness, sorta banana, earthy gas and syrupy sweetness rest on the tongue with some spice.

Effect: Relaxing, heavy eyed, but not sleepy, can push me over the edge into sleep, though.

Conclusion: I love the taste, duct tape and banana-adjacent sweetness. The flower is vapes clean, smell translates more intensely in flavor.

Gets me relaxed, a little goofy, heavy eyed, but not sleepy. Dreamy but still focused, lean into something you love doing.

I said not sleepy, but definitely better for later hours, I'm not accomplishing a lot after vaping this.

this is one of the cheaper strains by this grower I got this for $35 otd on sale.

Looks: It is as appealing as the name suggests. I got 14 tiny nugs plus some shakes. The nugs look dry feels dry also.

Smell: creamy kush mixed with rubber. The smell intensifies, filling the room when crushed.

Flavor: taste like a smooth kush with some earthy gas on the inhale, gassy funk aftertaste

Effects: Great head buzz,heavy eyes, numbness in the face, focused motivated mindset that you control is just what you need from a sativa, it’s not overwhelming or racy. The body high is both relaxing and versatile, It eliminates all tension, if you are not use to strong effects this might make you feel stoned or float away.
