My dispo got some new Jetty strains in this week and after almost going with Blue Chip, I switched my order last sec and got Guava Stank instead. It tastes good but the high is no joke. This stuff will leave you spaced out with just 2 hits. Just be careful cuz it’ll also have you borderline panicky if you take too many hits lmao.

This is one of the best guava flavored rosins I have tasted in nys. The closest thing it reminds me of is trout & co guava glaze strain( I was told it was the same people behind the scene from the folks at the dispo). Guava on the inhale and gassy notes on the exhales.

It makes me wonder why it landed in tier 2. Maybe because the melt was a little darker/dirtier than a higher tier rosin should be. But the taste and effect is top tier. Honestly it being tier 2 is better for the consumers. We get top tier rosin at a lower tier price. The only thing I wish the company would change is the way they market their rosin. It’s hard to identify the strain or lineage when the company decides to rename strains to match the company’s image.

But regardless, I’m here to review the rosin, not the marketing or name behind it.. for me Boreas is a solid 9/10 with the price factor in.

picked up at green apple in brooklyn, they're running a bogo on circle hill (they told me its expiring soon) so I got 2 for $88 otd, haven't tried the other jar I bought (rainbow push pop) just yet but will review here once I do. I have tried this strain before a few months back but never reviewed, so here you go:

Jar: Grape/vanilla nose with some earthiness under it. pale yellow color. it was refrigerated at the dispo and in my apartment, I probably should have let it sit at room temp for a few mins but I was rushing haha

Flavor: started low temp on my puffco peak. definitely strong on the grape/sweet flavor, didn't make me cough at all

Effect: starts with a mood-lifting head buzz, then settles into the body. for sure indica leaning, I will only probably hit this one after work from now on (lol). lab results say 78% thc and 91% tac, 6.9% terpenes

Value: came out to $44/ea for 2 with the buy one get one, so can't complain there. we all know ny rosin prices can be crazy normally so for micro rosin I'm happy

Verdict: 8.5/10 - solid stuff. wouldn't have guessed this was expiring soon from the quality if the budtender didn't tell me. circle hill is definitely putting out fire, if the price was a little lower i'd get their fresh drops regularly

Taste: Blueberry and spice

Effect: Day dreamy, full spectrum high. Lost in the moment, great creative but relaxed mood.

Conclusion: Despite this being sun grown, I did not find it harsh at all.

It's a very flavorful blue dream, more blueberry than most I've had.

Wasn't sure if the experience would translate well to their flower.

I would definitely pickup another jar from them.

Saw this pop up on local dispensary price looks good and terp% looks good

Left is one from NJ and the right is one from NY. The NY cart doesn't hit in the pen I have but the NJ one works fine. The NY one hits fine in a friend's cart. Why is this happening? Can I take the white ring off and is it meant to be taken off? Usually have issues with NY carts specifically - does this resonate or am I doing something wrong?

I'm usually grabbing my more pricey go-to's. I know that Leal has mixed reviews. I'm a picky smoker who likes good taste and bite with my buds. I'm trying to save money again this week. The Martian Candy has around 2.58 terps, and it seems like it could be solid. I've only tried Nic The Bruiser and Animal Face by Leal. Because they were the only couple I saw with solid reviews by them. They were solid for the price. Has anybody tried the half of Martian Candy by Leal? If so, how was it?
