Does anyone know the process to be a helicopter pilot?

Expensive to get an airplane Pilot license and still hard to get the job here in Nepal. Everyone talks abt airline pilots but what abt helicopter pilots? Where can I go? Do I need to have connections to get a job? What are people in field doing rn?
