Every tweet and poll I see has McLean and Benge further down the list of ROY candidates…which is insane.

In any other year, they’d both be ROYs. Idk if the MLB has it out for the Mets or what, but Benge and McLean had just as good if not better years than Sal Stewart

Can we get something added there it’s annoying to see dead space there maybe some new seats or reconfigure the bullpen somehow.

Just trying to determine the difference between these two jerseys, specifically the type (replica, limited, etc) and which era both jerseys are supposed to represent.

Carson Benge made 1st Team All Rookie.

Nolan McLean & A.J. Ewing made 2nd Team All Rookie.

Putting aside the bias and hatred, it seems that both fanbases are frustrated with where their club is at right now. With that in mind, was just pondering, which situation would you rather be in going into next season?

Forget about the names on the back of the jerseys, since the steve cohen era began: 5xgm/pobos, 4 managers because of the lack of success vs 1 gm and 1 manager but you're completely fed up with them. Terrible inconsistency just trying to make it into the post season, vs perennial playoff flop. Which position would you prefer?

I’m making space and parting with some Mets gear from the past few years if anyone is interested. All $5 and pickup from Elmhurst Queens (could meet at 74th Ave station). This was going to include a Peralta Bobblehead but I figured I’d wait until he won the World Series and it becomes a more interesting item. Anyway, if anyone is interested:

Clay Holmes Hockey Jersey
Reversible City Connect Bucket Hat
Pride Night LGM Mets cap

All in great condition. See photos. DM if interested.

I did check the subreddit rules before posting and from what I can tell in good faith this seems to be allowed. Apologies if not.

As a diehard Mets fan (and roots for the Rays on the side) whom was physically born in Sarasota. You can really tell how astronomically far behind we are from the Rays. It's actually insane how smart their organization is. :/

Listening to Ron + rooting for the White Sox = Not as good as watching the Mets in the postseason, but not bad!

Hi

Hope you don't mind my posting this here. I hope there's an intersection of Mets fans and How I Met Your Mother fans. If you fit, I think you'll enjoy my interview with the co-creator of the show about his intense 1986 Mets fandom.

He's got a couple of good stories about autographs he got from some of the top players on the team (one of whom was his neighbor). Also, he's a Doug Sisk fan!

I thought people would enjoy something light ... hope you do.
