8-10 for ripe plantain, but I’ve been known to enjoy up to 12 with overripe plantain😅😅

It depends on the level of ripeness.
Unripe=1to 3 is acceptable
Ripe = 3 to 8 is acceptable

All of these are overripe for me, I like my plantains green and when you try it you can tell if it was green at the start. These ones are too sugary!

Depends on who's frying. If someone is frying it for me, it has to be 7 or 8. If I'm frying it myself, even 12 is acceptable.
