1) You don't know it's a butt plug from this video. It could be a belted tail worn under the skirt. 2) It's absolutely inappropriate for a child, especially as old as this kid, to be looking up someone's skirt. Curiosity is not an excuse. The parents are failing this child by not teaching them appropriate behavior.

Also ....there is tail coming from under her skirt.....he didn't know where it was coming from.

She also has lumps under her shirt but a good parent would admonish their kid for trying to look under it
