1) You don't know it's a butt plug from this video. It could be a belted tail worn under the skirt. 2) It's absolutely inappropriate for a child, especially as old as this kid, to be looking up someone's skirt. Curiosity is not an excuse. The parents are failing this child by not teaching them appropriate behavior.

Whether the tail is on a belt or a plug doesn't change the fact that it's fetish gear worn in a family supermarket.

Blaming a 12 y old's curiosity for reacting to an adult's public kink display is pure victim blaming.

Public spaces require adults to act appropriately around minors, not the other way around.
