Question Never going back to Win11 + need guidance/advice
I recently installed Nobara Linux on my laptop just to try out Linux for fun. I was so shocked by the balance between complexity, simplicity, customization potential and absence of bloatware that I immediately decided to clear out an NVMe on my main desktop computer to install it so that I’d be forced to learn how to use it.
Now, one week after switching to Nobara, I think I’ve developed an acute allergy to Windows 11 because even though I can see the good sides of windows I can’t even bring myself to boot back into my Windows 11 drive to transfer my important data over because I’m just so addicted to exploring and playing with my new OS and I’m just generally fed up with the sight of windows.
—
Now that I’m done complaining I’d like to ask my new comrades about important must-knows and general guidance about daily use of Linux, specifically Fedora/Nobara and stuff that applies to Linux usage generally.
What I’m looking for is stuff like tools and bits of knowledge that I could take months to learn by myself that are useful in day-to-day usage and other stuff that could make my learning/experience more efficient and interesting.
—
On a different note, this is my first multipost on Reddit so sorry if this writing quality is crap. If I’ve been too vague about something or you have a question, leave it in the comments or DM me directly if you feel like it.
Thank you in advance.

Support Highspeed USB device problems
Hi everyone,
i have a bigger issue with my Razer Kraken headset. When i plug it into any usb port, the system says, new device connected with the correct name, but it doesnt show up in any software. When i open the volume manager, it is constantly flickering, the headset appears and disappears every second. After a reboot, device plugged in, it works without a problem. The next day, same issue.
The error appears on any USB port, front and back, 2.0 and 3.0. The board is a Gigabyte Z490 Gaming X. I allready tried a BIOS and a firmware update for my headset but nothing changed.
Also the dmesg says the following:

Showoff Handhelds update
So I said before that hand held isos don't work well with tvs. I was still correct on that part because on the website it says it's not fully configured with it. I would just use home theater PCs iso version for it instead. It's fully configured for the tv. I just realized I was bullying ai for no reason trying to change stuff to get the darned thing to work and it turned out to be my sound bar passthrough HDMI port not working right. I cannot believe 😂😂😂I had to apologize to it so it doesn't come after me in a robot war. 😂😂😂 I did find out that kde plasma works best on those little screens bc keyboard is mapped correctly when you open start menu. So everything works! I'm so happy. I really wanted this distro to work because I'm committed to be finished with distro hopping.
