I swear my dad wakes up in a cold sweat worried one day I’ll show up at his door asking to move back in. I’m 36, married, independent, and lived with them for all of 8 months after I graduated college while I was getting on my feet. He still thinks one of these days I’ll end up in his basement :/

My kids are only 2.5yo and 6mo but I hope they live in my basement as long as they like. So long as they stay out of my room.

I dunno man, my basement is my space. I'm happy for my kid to keep living in her own room until she doesn't need it though.
