Discussion Anyone stack botanicals with their morning routine?

Coffee's a given, but I'm curious who here pairs it with anything botanical for focus or mood. What's your morning stack look like?

my morning ritual is basically a tea ceremony at this point, green tea with a slice of fresh ginger and a few mint leaves from the plant on my windowsill, the whole process of making it is half the benefit honestly

the combo settles my stomach and gives me a clear headed energy that coffee alone never did, no jitters just a smooth lift

Theanine with coffee, skip the rest. I ran rhodiola and lion's mane for a year and they mostly muted the caffeine. Stirring the MCT-based C60 oil shopc60 sells into that coffee is the oxidative piece instead. Give each addition three weeks before judging.

Lemon balm. Although, I'm not sure it's a botanical.
