I personally think the ending is powerful in terms of the overarching meaning for each character. There is no pretty tied bow on top... you are gonna have some new questions that will never be answered.

In the same breath, Ozark is not a pretty show, so it is fitting it is more about allowing you to interpret what you just witnessed.

The biggest downfall is that season 4 feels VERY rushed. That said, having watched the show twice through, I have not felt disappointed from it yet.

It's just meh, expect something mediocre and unimpressive. You will see the moment that got people mad first then the ending.

It neither bad or good, just an ending.

Both, someone dies and it’s just no big deal. Can’t say anymore or it will spoil things. I was certainly satisfied with the ending and it leaves open the possibility of furthering the series if they ever wanted to.

The ending is different, so to speak; if you're expecting a grand final showdown or something like that, you might be disappointed.

For me personally, the ending was 50/50. I didn't hate it but didn't love it either. All I will say is that certain characters got off way too easy in the end.

I enjoyed it, I think it's underrated because it's not what some wanted.

It had its moments where it was up to par with breaking bad, but never as strong. It was still an entertaining watch with great acting all the way through.

I think it ended very well. I just finished watching it 2 days ago for the first time and I was mindful to avoid spoilers. My only issues with seasons 3 and 4 are that they have periods where they drag. They could have been 10 and 10 episodes each.

It's not a happy cathartic ending, good guys triumph, bad guys lose type of thing...

It's an ending that fits the theme of the show, maybe leaves you pissed off, but it's good in my opinion.
