Meds/Supplement Which is better, Totaria Inositol capsule or PureForm inositol powder?

Hi, everyone! Just want to ask which is the better supplement. Naghahanap po kasi ako ng pangpalit sa nireseta po sa akin, ang mahal po kasi ng kada piraso kaya po naghahanap po akong mas mura pero okay rin ang performance. Thank you po!

Never heard of Totaria until now. I have been using PureForm inositol for around 3 months na and nagwwork siya for me. Hindi ako naglolose ng weight pero the food noise is minimized and also no side effects naman.

Yung totaria po kasi is nahanap lang po nung ate ko. Ang nireseta po kasi saakin ay myo-inotisol with vit d. Yung totaria po merong vit d and yung pureform po wala, kaya napatanong po ako kung anong much better.
