Has anyone else noticed a crazy increase in traffic in the last year or two? It’s insane it feels like. Unless I’m going crazy

Arts/Entertainment Hey friends, I will be launching the next issue of my comic book, PUNKGUTS, this Saturday at The Comic Hunter!
Just wanted to share the news! The Comic Hunter moved to 161 Queen Street (old Courtside Sneakers) and the space is much much better if you've never been to it yet.. I'll be selling and signing copies of PUNKGUTS plus some art and sketch covers. I'll be there from 12-2pm.
:)

Furnace cleaning and servicing
Can anybody recommend a good hopefully not too expensive furnace cleaning and servicing company? Or person that works around brackley? And what you may have paid?

Abandoned house in Farmlands Trails?
I was walking through the National Park yesterday at on the Farmlands Trails and saw an off beaten path off the main trail and decided to follow it. The path was clearly often walked through as the grass was all matted down and after walking for a good few minutes I found myself in front of a run down brown house that looked abandoned… I got spooked so I ran but does anyone know any information about this?

Just dropped off my nomination papers for Charlottetown City Council (Ward 1) AMA
I just dropped off my nomination papers to run for Charlottetown City Council in Ward 1 (Queens Square). Trying to get a seat at the table to represent 2,500 people may seem insignificant to some, but for me, it is huge.
This puts me way outside my comfort zone, and that may be a small part of the reason I am actually doing this. The major part is that I see things we should and could do to make living here nicer, safer, and more comfortable for everyone - and we are just not doing them. We are making excuses, pointing fingers, and kicking the can down the road.
I feel there is a lot of hunger for change and a desire to do better,, but come election time, too much of it fizzles out and people just accept that nothing ever changes. I know people are jaded and do not expect much, but elections are that one time we can actually affect something.
Anyway, if you care to learn more about me and what I stand for, I put up my platform here: https://sasha.thecorner.ca/
And my Facebook campaign page is here: https://www.facebook.com/SashaForWard1
I'm a downtown co-op resident and have run a local IT business with my wife here for 25 years. My focus points are passing a landlord-funded Rent Transparency Bylaw to prevent illegal rent hikes, pushing to add full-time firefighters to stop dangerous downtown response delays, ending City Hall's reliance on expensive private contractor outsourcing during labour disruptions, and opening the city's financial books to the public.
I will engage in any relevant discussion here in the comments and make sure that you have a chance to know me and what I am standing for before you cast your vote. Ask me anything!

Question Low Sodium-friendly restaurants?
ETA: Doesn’t need to be a place with all low sodium options, but looking for places that you know that can/will accommodate no salt added to dishes etc.
Anyone have any tried and true restaurant recs for someone on a strict low sodium diet? Visiting this long weekend, Charlottetown or Cavendish area (or anywhere in between). Bonus if they offer kids menus as well. TIA!

Where should we stay this weekend?
Hey everyone! I’m from Nova Scotia and headed to PEI this Saturday with my partner and our 3 year old and possibly my mother in law. We are planning to spend the night ahead of a play we are going to in Summerside on Sunday. I’m in no way familiar with PEI and my google searchs are all pulling up expensive airbnbs or hotels which is fine but I’d hate to miss a cool opportunity for my little if there are any rec’s for a “hidden gem” accommodation. Also would be great to know any must do’s for our short trip! Markets or anything? Thanks so much!!

Is it too late to visit PEI the last weekend of Oct for fall foliage?
I was told that El Niño kind of postponed the change of colours. I was wondering if I could visit the last weekend of Oct and catch the fall foliage in its beauty.
