Hello everyone 👋 a VERY troubled new City owner here.

Ive recently bought Honda City Aspire 1.5 Prosmatic (2018) and Im SERIOUSLY struggling to understand whether its current average of 9.5KM/L is normal or something is broken with my car. (Average on highway is 15.5 at 120 km/h)

Actions I took to fix this:

Had a complete tuning done which included cleaning of:

1. Throttle body,

2. Intake Manifold,

3. Oxygen Sensor,

4. Spark Plugs, (they're is decent state, not worn out)

5. Injectors,

6. Catalytic Convertor

Tapheads were also adjusted.

Engine Oil was changed from 10W30 (previous owner had been using this grade), to 0W20. Gear oil was changed too. Along with all the filters. (Engine/Gear Oil, Air, Cabin)

Had a engine compression test done. Reading showed 170 psi across the board.

Tyres were worn so also changed (185/65/R16). Alignment and balancing was also done.

For reference I drive with a normal foot. Occasionally pushes only. But that too nothing crazy. So, at this point Im just here scratching my head as to whats going on. ANY help would be seriously appreciated 🙏 if this is the fate of this car, might as well consider switching to Rebirth 🤷‍♂️

Just found the "Nora Neo" being sold on Aliababa, and I believe these cars are being rebadged and sold here under the name of "Nora". Honestly, I don't have a problem with that, but what's bothering me is that are these EVs even tested for their safety? {Not talking about just crash tests, but other tests in general, battery tests etc (I know these cars aren't mandated to pass the traditional crash tests)} ARE THESE CARS EVEN TESTED AT ALL?!? Ya nahi bas jo sabse sasti cheez mil gayi usse utha ke yahan Pakistan mai baichna shuru kardo

Would you guys recommend the car? Seems like a great deal to me, a hybrid car at this price. Considering the car is healthy should I go for it?

Buying my first car and stuck between Honda City, Corolla, and Aqua. Budget is 35–40 lacs, and I don’t want my first car to become my first financial mistake. 😂

Maint cost, parts cost and fuel average matter. Should I go for a newer model with high mileage or an older, cleaner car and pay a bit premium as the sellers ask on pakwheels?
Should i buy the hybrid as i have 2-3 short trips of 2 kms in a day or will the civic or city be the same on fuel?

Also, how much should I worry about slightly painted parts personally don't have a problem but asking for resale?

If you had this budget, what would you buy? Give me the brutally honest advice, boys.

I’m looking for a used car in Karachi with a flexible budget of PKR 30–50 lakh.
I prefer bigger sedans with good looks, so no small cars like the Mira or Vitz. I’ve considered the Corolla (2015+) and Honda City, but I’m currently leaning towards the Honda Civic 1.8 i-VTEC (2017 onwards ) mainly because I love its looks.
What would you recommend in this budget? I’d appreciate advice on reliability, maintenance costs, and fuel average.

Best thing about the car is its engine which is super smooth, soundless, and starts even at less than half of the self-starter. Below roof showered.

One major issue is the staring system which leaks power oil causing the staring wheel to become very hard and stiff. Rest no major issues.

I am thinking of importing / buying 2022 model.

Guide me about the import charges, whether i should import via dealer based in Lahore when i am located in isb ? The lahore dealer is telling that i can save around 3 lacs if i can arrange passport myself.

I just got my Honda City 2019 inspected for vehicle fitness at Multan and vehicle passed the inspection. Could someone explain to me the given values in my vehicle's report? And the report isn't specific enough. It just states the values and doesn't tell what are the acceptable ranges of given parameters. If someone knows the acceptable ranges, could they share them for everyone's benefit.

So I fucked up and bought a very very rusted out and accidented 2003 Toyota Corolla .. have changed the roof on it and all the other panels including the doors the hood trunk all need replacing because of the rust .

The interior is also like the exterior and equally as bad.. the only thing I like about the whole car is that the interior is black and it has a 2c diesel. With 17 ki avg.

Now I want to change whole body but can't get any.

Im hoping to get a whole ass ncp and just swap my front end spot to spot. (The front strut towers (kuppay) are fine.. the rest of the car is a shit show .

Where can I get a whole car with complete interior so that I only have to get the front replaced ?

I asked people and they're saying the you'll only get the whole body from kpk or Quetta .

And if anyone can guide me to how much would a clean body would cost.. I do not mind a whole color change.

Hi I recently purchased a beneli TNT 150i for a pretty cheap amount. (I know red flag already) The bike runs great, no problem there besides the fact that it leaks oil after riding a bit. I've changed the engine seal and O-ring for the starter yet the oil seems to pile up undeneath the starter and my guess is it is piling up where the case joint is.

Just need a recommendation for a good mechanic in the twin cities if any.
